Great hotel. Kind and helpful front desk staff- especially Wendy.
-
Location 3x! Nice folks. A bit dated but fun. Would repeat
-
Sean was very welcoming when we checked in and every staff member we met was very helpful.

This was a nice hotel and very convenient but at the end of the day it was a basic Hilton property they painted to look cute. I felt like it was overpriced - to pay over $250 on a random weekday during the summer when school wasn't in session was excessive. Plus parking is an additional $29. It was clean and an excellent location.

Very clean and perfect for a weekend get a way in Charlottesville. Will stay again!

Sean is a delight! So welcoming and helpful and the gentleman who worked valet were lovely!
-
Wendy, Sean, DeMarco & Gabe were all amazing, They were welcoming, knowledgeable and eager to please. No ice machines working but the roof top bar was lovely however very much overpriced but should have been open longer. The rooftop should serve breakfast and lunch as they would probably have lots of guests wanting to hang out.

The food at the cafe on the ground floor could be a lot better. The scone I ordered tasted like card board.

It was nice, but you can tell it's an older hotel. Rooms were very clean. Self parking was a bit challenging, but the staff was super helpful. Part of that was because we arrived during a rain storm. We enjoyed playing shuffleboard in the game room. We also enjoyed the coffee shop and rooftop restaurant.

The interior was fun and fitting to the location. There’s just no excuse for an outdated shower pan in a hotel bathroom.

We ate dinner at the Trophy Room our first night, paid with a card then left tip in cash. When we returned home a few days later saw the charge was $10.00 more so staff member altered the credit card slip, took the cash & added another $10.00 tip. We left our used dirty/wet towels on bathroom floor so when cleaning person came into our room to clean they could take and replace, No new towels were provided so by the last morning of our trip we had just 1 towel and bath mat left. Not returning anytime soon.

Older hotel but decorated well.

Beautiful facility.

Wow! Literally blown away! Storms knocked out the power out twice. First time it was restored quickly. The second power outage took several hours. Shocked over guests behavior towards the hotel manager, Max Neufeld, who handled each encounter with an abundance of kindness and grace for each individual’s circumstances. The hotel landline was out so Max gave out his personal number for guests to check to see if the power was restored as they headed out for the evening. Shout out to kitchen manager Daniel, who passed out ice cream to all guests hanging out in the lobby. City restored the power in time for everyone at the Graduate Hotel to enjoy their 4th of July celebration. Overall, great stay and incredibly impressed with the management staff how they handled the situation.

The staff response time to reported issues was excellent.
-
Very different kind of room. Felt warm and cozy. Like my bedroom as a child. Awesome concept. Better than the plain old rooms.
-
The room was very clean and welcoming, staff was wonderful from valet to front desk and in restaurant also.
-
No privacy, Large gap under door to hallway. Soap bolted on wall is a negative.
-
We were in town for a college visit. Great place to stay.

Only stayed one night while passing through. Great location and parking was convenient. Several restaurants within walking distance, the neighborhood was lively and seemed safe. The rooftop bar was closed for a private event which was a bummer because we had been driving all day and just wanted to call it a day and stay in, have a few drinks and relax. The room was great, nicely decorated and very clean, the only downside was the AC didnt cool the room to our liking, but we were only there one night so it wasn’t terrible.
