This was my second stay this year with this hotel and I absolutely LOVE the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel!

Great location off 250 near the Tip Top Restaurant. You can tell it is a newer facility with amenities they do not have at the Holiday Inn on Emmet/29. Everything was clean, nice bathroom/shower, and a self-service coffee machine in the lobby area. Had to pay $5 for parking which surprised me.

Also, no daily room service: no clean towels, no trash cans emptied, etc. for the cost of the room, this should have been provided. Front desk person, Mary, was very kind upon our arrival.

One small suggestion would be to have a coffee/tea maker in the room. It would be really convenient to prepare a cup of tea in the morning without having to leave the room. Overall, we enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay here again!

Everything was great. Not a single complaint. Dove products in the bathroom. Warm pool, hot hot tub. Plenty of towels. Very clean room. Great breakfast with a vast array of items to choose. Great coffee in the lobby. Very comfortable beds and pillows! <3 The place was very well maintained just flawless, and the staff was super friendly. We accidentally left the extra towels that we were offered without having to ask, and they brought them up to us!

Had to pay for parking after I got there. Two lamps didn’t have bulbs that worked. Breakfast was good. Coffee freshly brewed at anytime was wonderful! All staff members were kind and helpful.

The location felt safe and we didn’t have to worry about our car being parked overnight. Our only complaint would be the lack of vending machines.

Breakfast was horrible

Very nice property that seems new. It was approximately a 10 minute ride to the downtown mall. It’s also nicely situated right next to a convenience store and in a very nice area. It did seem a bit odd that they charged for parking in that location. Great spot.
