Omni Charlottesville Hotel

Warm Welcome Staff Only complaint when pulling up to the hotel there was not a valet sign or stand I couldn’t tell if I was in the right spot I needed to go inside to get someone’s attention

Wasn’t aware of breakfast options. Small and odd shaped room.

Go on your diets cheat day ~ you’ll appreciate it !

Great location. Convenient to mall and amphitheater. Suite was nicely furnished. Comfy bed.

LOVED the location! We walked to the mall for shopping, dining, browsing bookstores, etc. Also the lobby of the Omni is beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was spotless, and provided a lovely retreat prior to our event at the Ting Pavillion. The hotel's location right on the mall made everything so much easier. I will definitely book again.

My room bathroom had hair in the sink and multiple pieces of hair in and around the drain and on the wall of the shower upon arrival. The carpeting in my room also had stains. I was surprised at the level of cleanliness given this is an omni. The front desk staff was also a little short and borderline rude.

I thought the bed was very uncomfortable.

Beautiful hotel, great location to walk to downtown shopping, restaurants and coffee. Had dessert and drinks in the lounge area, which were amazing!

Very much enjoy my stay for the first time. Staffs were friendly, room was clean and neat and right next do downtown walking mall. Will come back stay for the next trip

Omni Charlottesville sets the bar. All Staff are phenomenal. Genuinely kind & friendly; hospitality top-tier. The grounds are immaculate. All is clean and tidy. Visually stunning and inspiring. The aesthetic is whimsical, enchanting and sophisticated. The conservatory is gorgeous. The lamps, trees and other plants make such a moody and delightful setting. The indoor and outdoor pools are clean and refreshing. Giant hot tub is relaxing. Gym is great. The rooms and bathroom are impeccably clean. Great cotton sheets and towels. Dreamy bed. I couldn't think of anything to make this a better stay. Emtiaz and the front desk staff are the best! Can't wait to come back. The staff, cleanliness, visual appeal and amenities will have us as patrons for life.

The hotel was superb and the room was very clean with a great layout. The bartender made a great martini. I love that they offer an early check-in and late check-out. The pool was relaxing.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. You can eat at the Hotel, or you are within walking distance to other restaurants. I had no problems will at the Omni Hotel.

Second stay in this property which is well maintained and with great staff. This time our kids used the pool and we used the gym, all in excellent condition.
