Omni Charlottesville Hotel

My stay was fine until I wanted to check out. I wanted to get some ice in my tumblers so I went to the ice machine on my floor but it wasn’t working. I called the front desk and they said they would send some ice to my room. But after waiting 15 minutes I gave up and left.

My grand daughter thought hotel was perfect.

Our stay at the Omni was excellent! The room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was easily adjustable. We loved both indoor and outdoor pool as well as the atrium bar and restaurant! The outside space is great and offers a break from your room. The location truly cannot be beat. We walked around the Downtown Mall multiple days to shop and eat. Monticello was a ten minutes drive and UVA is a 5 minute drive. I highly recommend and will be stay each time we visit Charlottesville.

We stayed one night and the property was nice. We ordered room service, which was a confusing process because the online menu did not match the room service actual capabilities. Also, the barn style bathroom door is not a good idea for a hotel room. It makes clunky noises when opening and closing, making it wake up everyone in the room if someone needs to get up during the night. I appreciated the free parking.

Great hotel and main lobby is great . Love the location just wish the city would clean up the homeless in the mall area . The hotel is a must stay .

CONS - Housekeeping is late. On 2 occasions, we returned to our room at 3:30 pm which still had not been cleaned. - WIFI works well, but hotel software would not connect me without assessing a daily charge. Front desk accommodated us and waived charges, but its frustrating. - Hotel Software makes ir difficukt to sign up as an OMNI member ( to accrue points and get free wifi). Again, front desk accommodated me, but OMNI software / interface with potential customer/members needs improvement.

Omni never disaapoints

Our stay was short but it was a beautiful place to put your head down ! Clean rooms and nice accommodations. Bedding was excellent and a quiet after hours experience.

Great stay for the Luke Combs show. Hotel was excellent, love the bar, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were exceptional. The facilities were clean and in good condition. Everything felt updated. The breakfast experience was exceptional. The value for money was exceptional.
