Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlottesville Downtown

Our room had no hot water. Was moved to a need room with outlets that didn’t work, wall ac unit didn’t work and missing buttons and the door didn’t deadbolt or have a peak hole.

Great place to stay! 5 Stars!

This hotel was just a 10 minute walk to the downtown mall and Ting Pavilion - the reason for my visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and kitchenette just what I needed. I would recommend!

Stayed with 2 young kids (6 & 2) and had a great time. Walking distance to downtown, pool was nice

Good location, nice staff, free breakfast (although was out of a lot of things by the time we got there), and nice rooms.

The hotel is pretty standard so it's nothing out of the ordinary. The desk staff were very helpful and communicative.

Location Breakfast. All ultra processed foods. Only saw oats one time. No bran or total No biscuits/gravy!

We were knowingly given a room without TV connectivity and with an extremely loud AC unit. When we notified management, they said that they would call us to address our issues when they were finished checking in several other people. After thirty minutes, we gave up and went downstairs (management didn't answer the phone). Management told us that they knew that the room they assigned us didn't have TV connectivity and also knew about the extremely loud AC unit, but there was nothing they could do about it because they had already assigned all of the rooms that had TV connectivity. They assigned us this room because we booked it through Hotels.com instead of through Home2Suites/Hilton.

The breakfast is great!

Everything was wonderful. Stayed there twice and will again.

Fabulous room and great property overall in a prime location close to Amtrak station and Downtown shopping mall. The hotel has a beautiful outside area for lounging, copleys with a firepit and plenty of tables and chairs.

Food was okay.

Would stay again especially if I had a multi night stay.

Great stay in Charlottesville, walking distance to downtown mall area , front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. We will stay here again when back in town!
