Very comfortable bed, very clean.Breakfast mediocre

Hotel was amazing close to everything free breafest was on point. Great choice.

My only criticism is the hours for facilites are not well posted so I missed breakfast. I didn't see a sheet or poster with hours on it from the front desk to in my room and I was too busy to ask the front desk.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I love the convenience to The Jefferson Theater because I frequently go to concerts at this venue. It’s such a simple 10 minute walk, and I can’t resist hitting up Jack Brown’s to get a bite to eat in between!! It’s clean, the rooms are spacious, the bed is cozy, and the staff is always friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better location!

The gentleman who checked us in was great and the only saving grace of my review. My son needed the pull out bed. When we went to use it at 10 pm after my baby was already asleep, it was covered in clumps of hair, dirt and crumbs. I couldn’t sleep all night because of how we had to sleep. Very disappointed. I would have asked to change rooms if I hadn’t already gotten my youngest to sleep!

This is my 4th time staying here. Amazing front desk and cleaning staff! Rooms are always spotless. I've brought my husky with me, they are great with dogs. The hotel to everything in downtown Charlottesville.

Clean big rooms perfect for short or long stays

The lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Veronica! She was such a delightful person and showed amazing hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay ever!

This facility really exceeded my expectations. I was amazed at the cleanliness of the building & especially my room, the bed was comfy, the linen very clean ( no stains at all). I could sleep without feeling like my sheets weren’t clean. Veronica at the front desk was so kind & knowledgeable, she had a good attitude, very attentive when you needed something, offering recommendations of places to go, she was awesome. Breakfast was good. Location is perfect to walk to restaurants & very close to the hospital. I’d definitely stay here again. Can’t think of anything

Very close to the downtown walking mall. Large room with a full kitchen. Would be a great place for an extended stay.

We had a great visit at this hotel. It was close to everything and had all the amenities we wanted. I also wanted to mention an outstanding employee there. Veronica worked the front desk the two nights we were there. She was wonderful and helped us in many ways. It wasn’t just us, she treated everyone the same. It made us feel welcome at your facility.

I love the option of free coffee and breakfast. I was charged for parking. The staff was polite and helpful. Only a block away from the mall. I am a swimmer. I also do weight training in the water. It makes me cuckoo that the pool is not open for me at 6am to exercise before work. It's crazy that y'all think running and weights are the only workouts practiced early before work.... WAKE UP. Frustrated I am w/o my 🌊workout.

Great location close to the campus and cute downtown area. Gym was great!
