Clean, pillows not the best but would stay again
-
The staff there was very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean but the only reason I didn't give all stars is because of the mildew smell and I noticed some mildew in the room. I didn't have time for breakfast. Other than that it was ok.

It was very clean

I stayed one night at Sleep Inn and Suites. Upon arrival, I had a quick and easy check-in; both of the individuals were extremely welcoming and helpful. My trip consisted of visiting the nearby Monticello, which made this a very convenient location to stay at. The room was clean and as described, although the guy at the counter did upgrade me (free of charge) to a king size bed which was nice. I would recommend this hotel if you’re in the area and visiting Monticello.

Love this hotel , very clean , very comfortable

Great breakfast!

The hotel was clean and staff was very nice and accommodating. However part of the reason we booked here was because of the hot tub, but it is broken. It apparently has been broken for a while and it doesn't have any plans to be fixed anytime soon. So it should be taken off as amenities. After traveling a long distance and looking forward to this, it was very disappointing. Pool does work and that was fine but not why we booked this particular hotel.

Ehh
-
Clean and hallways and common spaces smelled pleasant and did NOT smell like pot!
-
The hotel was not very well maintained and the staff I interacted with didn’t seem to respond quickly to spilled syrup in the breakfast area (some lady dropped her syrup packet and just walked away…so not the staff’s fault, but still slow to react).
-
An excellent stay and worth the price. The breakfast was very good and the bathroom surprisingly well stocked
-
My stay was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The hot tub was out of service. Enjoyed my stay overnight while traveling onward. Great location on a roadtrip stop.

Gloria at the front desk. I had an absolutely horrible day. My husband recently died. My kids were fighting. I had put them on an airplane and was driving 13 hours by myself. And Gloria just met me where I was super sweet really kind and helpful and just what I needed I cannot tell her thank you enough. She is a Jim and you should keep her.
