Aloft by Marriott Chattanooga Hamilton Place

Beautiful decor. Very helpful staff. Parking was shared with the mall. There was no close parking for the hotel. The hotel was not easy to reach, due to construction.

Location, how friendly staff was. That there was no door where you shower. It was open space with the room and too close to the main door.

Great staff and location.

The parking is shared with the mall, so it was tough to find a spot in front. I ended up parking by the gym out back. They didn’t have all the football channels so I had to go to Dave and Buster’s. But it was clean and quiet.

Toilet didn't work, but give me a room

My stay was absolutely great. The rooms were really clean. One downfall is that because it is a pet friendly hotel. I was woken up by a dog barking nonstop. Other than that the staff was great and everything else was great. I would stay here again, and the price is fair.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Super nice staff and very clean rooms. 5 stars! We will be back!

Stayed one night, room was nice and clean, the bartender was super friendly. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. Good location.

Very up to date and extremely clean. The room was laid out perfectly and the finishes were high end. Bonus points for the Marshall bluetooth speaker on the bedside table. Can't think of one negative

It was well located off of 75. The staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Shout out to the two ladies working at the bar on Friday night. Excellent and friendly service! I wasn't really thrilled with the open bathroom concept. The toilet had a door, but the shower and sink only had a curtain separating it from the rest of the room.
