The hotel is fine. You get what you pay for. The amount of parking available is surprisingly low for its size, although we did not have trouble finding a spot at any time during our two night stay. Lady at the front desk was not exceedingly friendly. The door to our bathroom was extremely hard to open and would just barely miss hitting the toilet when opened fully. Made a horrible groaning noise as it scraped along the floor. One of our two keycards failed to unlock our room door from the start. Came back from a day out to find neither of our cards worked. Went to the front desk to get new ones, lady at the front desk asked if I had kept them near my phone, I said no, in my wallet, and she motioned to a sign stating that keycards may stop working if kept near cell phones. I wasn't made aware of this verbally or otherwise at check-in. She gave me the renewed cards, I thanked her and wished her a good evening, to which she replied with nothing. I wouldn't mind staying again, it's good enough for the price. I just do not understand the inability to be even minimally courteous.

Checking in was like a visit with your crazy Aunt Zelda. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Parking was free. It wasn't too smelly. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Overall, good value for your money.

This hotel actually sits off the road more then some of the more expensive hotels in the area but road noise was still a problem when falling asleep. The bed was comfortable, breakfast adequate, and room was clean.

The hotel staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel valued as a guest and were quick to assist whenever I needed anything. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety of options each morning. It was a great way to start the day. I also appreciated the convenient parking, which made coming and going easy and stress-free. What stood out the most was the overall atmosphere. The hotel was quiet, relaxing, and felt very safe, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. Every part of my stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Ok ok

The room was a good size. The check in staff was great. The breakfast was choices were really good! There were a lot of good restaurants close by.

The room we ended up staying in was clean and had sufficient towels for our brief stay. The person at the reception desk was professional, cordial and helpful. The breakfast looked and smelled amazing. We had early plans that did not allow us opportunity to enjoy the breakfast unfortunately. There was ample parking behind the hotel in a lighted area. We felt safe.

Capetown smelled and the rooms not very clean

Friendly staff, comfy beds and clean room!. Noise from the highway was a little distracting from sleep. Although clean, the whole place looked run down and outdated. Great price, neat pancake machine, but we likely won’t stay again on our next trip through.

Room was clean but property is very tired and needs TLC. Ceiling in bathroom was clearly damaged and roughly fixed. Just overall old and not well maintained.

Our stay was nice except for the loud air conditioner. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the breakfast and dining area.

The worst part was that there was a piece of dog feces inside the closet where guests are supposed to put their clothes. I have photos of it as proof. This was extremely disgusting and unacceptable. I felt very uncomfortable the whole night and could not sleep at all. Overall, the room did not feel clean, fresh, or sanitary. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is old and over priced for what it is. Our door wouldn’t even open all the way making it difficult to bring luggage in. Door also hard to close. Staff was rude. Ice makers didn’t work. Overall rooms were old and outdated. Not clean!

Location to nearby shops,restaurant and Mall. They only served sausage as breakfast meat during my stay.
