Friendly staff, comfy beds and clean room!. Noise from the highway was a little distracting from sleep. Although clean, the whole place looked run down and outdated. Great price, neat pancake machine, but we likely won’t stay again on our next trip through.

Location

Room was clean but property is very tired and needs TLC. Ceiling in bathroom was clearly damaged and roughly fixed. Just overall old and not well maintained.

Our stay was nice except for the loud air conditioner. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the breakfast and dining area.

The location and the price It was old and kinda dirty the furniture felt yucky and the in room coffee maker was broken. The TV cable was strange making the screen really small the breakfast was not fresh and the room was dirty

The worst part was that there was a piece of dog feces inside the closet where guests are supposed to put their clothes. I have photos of it as proof. This was extremely disgusting and unacceptable. I felt very uncomfortable the whole night and could not sleep at all. Overall, the room did not feel clean, fresh, or sanitary. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location is great as far as access to restaurants and shopping. The entry/foyer was clean but the carpet in hallway and room needs to be pulled and replaced with laminate flooring. The bathroom is not easily accessible and uncomfortable due to position of the toilet/door space which hinder comfortable showering. Otherwise stay was cool for one night To get in the bathroom the space from toilet to door is tight

Entire facility very dated. Wallpaper in women’s bathroom coming off the wall and held up with masking tape. Some sort of rigging under sink to catch leaks. Breakfast offerings were not good. I regret I didn’t take pictures for your reference. We were preauthorized for a one night stay twice. Spoke to attendant who insisted it would fall off at checkout. One of the charges did change to the correct charge. The other did not fall off. We had to dispute the second charge which caused issues with our credit card.

Hotel is old and over priced for what it is. Our door wouldn’t even open all the way making it difficult to bring luggage in. Door also hard to close. Staff was rude. Ice makers didn’t work. Overall rooms were old and outdated. Not clean!

Location to nearby shops,restaurant and Mall. They only served sausage as breakfast meat during my stay.

The staff was fine and helpful. The bathroom and entrance to the room had little white shredded paper on the floor. The room needed to be maintained; new mirror in the bathroom, painted door frame and there was a weird smell by the air conditioner but the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate except we almost missed the pancake bar until the end.

Stay was great for the price. Everyone was very friendly

This place was ok.... smelled a little funny and there are signs everywhere that say no smoking but we walked into the HOT room and it smelled like cigarettes. It got better once we turned the AC on. Boogers on the wall no hand soap and stains on the bed. Alot could have been better but it also could've been alot worse.

Average hotel, good for two to three days staying

Very worn down hotel. Carpets were dirty, furniture worn out, breakfast wasn't edible, & pillows were half the size of regular pillows. The area was very sketchy, people yelling through the night, getting into fights. The worst thing was they ran my card 4 times for over $700 which put us over our limit.

Excellent and outstanding service and staff.

Available to me quite quickly when my flight was cancelled. Also very close to multiple food options so if I had not been so tired I could have gotten some food When I first entered my room there was a "wet cedar" smell much like just after cleaning a guinea pig cage. That part was not pleasant
