Crack head guests and scamming staff!! They tried to kee my swop depisrn

Great stay

Upon arrival, the exterior left much to be desired. Grass was long , no external up keep. The room was cool and clean. The pool needs some maintenance but was refreshing none the less. The pictures online were somewhat deceiving. But overall we had a great weekend and the room was sufficient.

Rooms weren’t clean. Mold/mildew. I can see why the room was so cheap so you get what you pay for.

Safe parking, friendly staff but there was one major issue with my room. Smell of mold , mildew and vinegar , poor air circulation, shower curtain was probably never washed it smelled absolutely awful, no cold water in the shower only scalding hot water.

Clean room. Decent stay. Good price. Noisy guests.

The location was fine.

Our view was looking at run down houses out our window The smell was awful, the tub was dirty and slippery and no hand rails, no coffee maker in the room, and stains on the side of the bed, also could have been cleaned better, e will never stay here again!

Good amount of parking. Easy access to highways and restaurants.

Not bad for 1 night. The breakfast was poor.

Breakfast was reasonable for being free. You could choose oatmeal or a waffle and yogurt or cereal juice was available. No fresh fruit. Pool was clean. Room was clean, close to shopping plaza, restaurants, and mall. Having a fresh fruit option for breakfast.

Parking was not a problem. The bonus was Cracker Barrel was right next door!

Breakfast had great options but coffee was terrible

My bathroom wasn’t clean. There was hair on the shower walls, and shower floor. The toilet was dirty, the sheets were stained in the beds. The carpet hadn’t been vaccumed in quite some time. I asked for a different room and I went and checked it out and had the same issue. There was also a dried booger wiped on the wall. Mold growing in the windows. Over all just NOT clean and definitely not worth the money I had to pay! I won’t be back and I won’t be ever recommend. Unfortunately I was NOT able to find anything else in the area for that weekend because everyone was booked so I was stuck there. Super dissatisfied!

Room was nice. Staff was friendly. This is a pet friendly hotel and apparently someone before me had a dog in the room. I itched quite a bit. I do not have an allergy, but "fluffy" is not always as clean as you think!

It took 2 days to.clean mud in stairway.

Cleaning staff was rude. I was told at 9 AM to “get out” by the cleaning staff. Even though checkout time is 11 AM. Stay elsewhere
