Clean and highly recommended.

This place was simple but very clean. Manager was very polite and helpful

The beds were awful and the towels were stiff and abrasive

Unfortunately, our room appeared to have been previously occupied by pets and had not been cleaned thoroughly. As someone with pet allergies, I immediately noticed a very strong dog urine odor. The smell was so pungent that I had difficulty sleeping throughout the night. The manager came to the room and attempted to resolve the issue by spraying air freshener. While I appreciate the effort, it only masked the odor temporarily and did not eliminate the underlying smell. As a result, my allergies flared up I developed itching and had a very uncomfortable night. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff, but the cleanliness of the room fell well below expectations. I hope the hotel takes greater care in deep-cleaning pet-friendly rooms so that future guests, especially those with allergies, can have a comfortable stay.

We were in room 208, traveling with my husband and friends. The overall look of the hotel was rundown and in need of updating. There is no elevator in this facility. The carpet in the hallway looks old and worn.The faucet in the restroom was broken. The whole faucet turned when I tried to adjust the temperature. The towels felt damp. The towels were flimsy, scratchy, and were not absorbent.The room was clean but the cabinet that held the microwave and refrigerator looked like it would collapse if you touched it. The staff was the bring spot in this stay. The clerk was very kind.

Great cheap place nothing fancy but well kept clean and upgraded

Place was decent. Not dirty, but not brand new. The area is very crowded.

My room was next to the corridor/back door, and the gap around the room door was large enough to fit a finger. Light and noise easily passed through. I was woken up around 2 AM and could not go back to sleep because the corridor/back door and nearby stairwell door kept opening and closing every few minutes. Each time, it slammed loudly and sounded like it was right next to me. When I called the front desk, the staff was very rude and repeatedly said nothing could be done. My request for a room farther from the back door or upstairs was denied.

Upon walking in the front door of the lobby we were greeted with a strong aroma of an unknown origin. It smelled like a veterinarians office, weed and Clorox. Not pleasant whatsoever. We left and went to purchase air freshners to try and make the stay a bit more tolerable. The room we were in, was clean and had what we needed for our 3 night stay but it smelled terrible as well. The first night of our stay we were awakened to the sound of police confronting a guest in another room and the morning we checked out we overheard a very loud domestic dispute. None of which seemed uncommon to the front desk attendants.

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. I'm not able to comment on the breakfast because I overslept and missed it.

Needs to be updated. Shower was nasty

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The building smelled awful. The hallway smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Once we got to our room, we opened the door and were overcome by a musty smell and humid air. I immediately lowered the temperature in the room hoping that the air from the a/c would bring relief. It took me hours to become nose blind to it. Honestly, it smelled so bad that it kept me from being able to sleep. Lastly, the front desk staff were rude. I suppose they were annoyed that we were checking in so late (midnight)? But I’m sure that happens all the time for ppl who are traveling long distances?

It was kept very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The sausage and eggs were good. The beds were nice and comfortable. The breakfast could have used either bread for toast and a toaster or biscuits.

It was clean. The mattress was terrible, really uncomfortable. It wasn't firm; it stank.

The room was clean and smelled very fresh, the hot breakfast was definitely a plus. Staff was helpful.

Staff was friendly, funny and helpful! Everything was clean and in working order. Area was fine. No issues during my stay!

Our stay was very nice, the hotel is clean and in a good location to go and visit Chattanooga. There are restaurants in walking distance for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The breakfast is very basic but ok to start the day.
