Cleanliness and well maintained facilities.

We had a great time. Everyone was nice and helpful!

The room was clean compared to some, my problem was the mattress in the first bed and the pillows.

The hotel appeared clean but as if was leaving (from one nights stay) I counted three cockroaches on the way out. I was going to advise the front desk as I was leaving but when I was able to pull her attention away from her phone sitting in the back office she only seemed to want to advise that if I was checking out I can leave my keycard upfront. This all makes me wonder about the overall care this hospitality staff has for thier consumers. I actually rated higher than I should have.

There was a gentleman working at the breakfast station this morning (7/25). He offered to help put my bags at the table while I loaded my plate. I replied that nothing really interested me except the biscuits and they were empty. He replied with hold one moment please. Within just a couple of minutes, a woman came with a tray of fresh biscuits!! He was already back in the dining area asking folks if he could fill their coffees, bussing tables, doing anything you can think of. He came and checked on us twice during the meal. This gentleman this morning was exceptional! I wish I would have had the chance to tell him that he made my whole day!! Check in process was less than desirable but not bad. There were 3 families in line ahead of us when we walked in. The guy at the table apologizes to all of us behind him because there was a sign stating away from desk or call this number or something (sign was taken down when the gentleman got to the desk so I was not able to read it for myself). When the gentleman working the desk finally arrived there was a lot of confusion about quite a few thing with each order. When we got to our turn, the gentleman just stares at his computer screen and asked my last name without looking up or saying hello. He spoke very little our entire transaction for check in which took about 10-15 mi minutes. Whole interaction for the 45 minute check in, he said 10words at most. It would greatly help to have someone at the front desk, even give them a chair if they need it. The front guy waited 30 min to find someone, then about 30 to Check in, second guy sent his family to go sit down since theirs also took over 30 min. That put us there 1.5 hours before even being helped.

We didn’t notice any noise from outside and the beds were comfortable. My only issue is that the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Hair in the shower from previous guests but other than that it was a nice stay

Kitchen on property. Motorcycle parking under overhang was not allowed.

I choose Hilton Garden as much as possible because their beds & pillows are amazing. This stay was not disappointing!

Facility is dated. However, descent. While there, housekeeping did not service our room.

The front desk staff, Lorenzo provided excellent service, he demonstrated great professionalism and care for our two night stay…. The dinning was great, the chef, Anthony Quail prepared our meals for the evening when we checked, and Sunday morning breakfast, he single-handedly along with another kitchen staff member, his seamless approach made dinning in seem like home 😊

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and smelled nice. Halls and elevators were warm but room was cool and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet.

I want to highlight the staff here. My wife went to get us food. When she returned, she did not think she could get it to the room in one trip. The employee on duty, Lorenzo, put up a sign at the counter and helped her bring it to our room. That was a gesture out of his way, but he did it to accommodate the guest. I appreciated it, because we had a horrible time at the Hilton Garden in Alpharetta GA, the two days before. Great job to the management in Chattanooga.

From the time of check in to check out we felt like a nuisance. The guy at the concierge desk seemed “too cool for school “and had an ego too big to be holding his job as a desk clerk. The snack bar wasn’t stalked. Breakfast costs $13 for basically cereal and eggs. The AC in the hallways and elevators were broken. Our room AC switched in the middle of the night to fan mode and it was incredibly humid. There were hairs on the towels and the shade to the window looked like cats for whole of it there were so many holes. For a Hilton Garden inn we will never be back.
