The room was hot & smelled. The shower doors would not close & we could hear everyone that walked by the room.

I was rather surprised how nice and clean everything was. I'm glad I found this nice little hidden gem. Everyone was so friendly, helpful. Bathroom was so spacious! It was very clean and the breakfast was good. Thank you. ~The Browning's

Good location The walls had dirt marks and something look like it has been built on the wall. Dirty fingerprints on doors and on trim and on the TV and that backboard of the TV. The baseboards were filthy. The shower head didn't have any tape around where you screwed it on and saw the water spayed all over the place. The shower floor still look dirty. There was only two towels and two washcloths. There was only decaffeinated coffee packages. There was no hand soap at the hand sink... Only shampoo conditioner and soap dispenser in the shower. The blanket between the sheet and comforter was dirty on the edge where you would pull it up closer to you.

Good location. It had a pool but we didn't get to use it This room had a strange smell to it when we walked in. We figured it was some kind of Turkish perfume. But later thought that it was some kind of perfume to cover up a urine smell.

Clean room great breakfast

We did not like anything other than location. We had roaches in the room, sheets were dirty, floors were dirty and it smelled like smoke and pot. The pictures and reviews did not match the place at all. It was a complete waste of money and a big disappointment.

The pool was closed for maintenance a few days before I checked out. But other than that it was good

Nothing at all. Erroneously booked date, failed to help with any accommodations, and was also very hostile and aggressive. CJ is by far the worst customer service employee ever. CJ should not be in any line of work where he has to deal with the public. We booked through a 3rd party site and have confirmation of dates both in my emails as well as the 3rd party site. We left a concert late for our stay so as a courtesy, I was just calling to say that we were still coming but that we would be 11:30 or 12:00. He screamed at me, interrupted me, argued with me, was unwilling to listen, offered zero apologies, accommodations, or attempts to rectify the situation. The error was on their end by adding the reservation date to the wrong day. Mistakes happen but this resulted in 2 hours of back and forth communication with the 3rd party booker (who didn’t even make the error) to finally find a room for myself, my husband, and our 2 kiddos an hour outside of Chattanooga at 2:00 in the morning. If this hotel had 5 star reviews across the board (which it clearly doesn’t) I wouldn’t stay here for free based solely on the way guest services thinks it’s okay to speak to people and handle business. Zero stars but only because you can’t give negative stars. CJ needs anger management classes, property management classes, and quite frankly a trip to the managers office.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have nothing bad to say. The facility and location were wonderful.

Shower pressure was amazing strong pressure. Breakfast had alot of hot options. Overall was worth what you paid for nothing fancy but you get what you pay for. I didn't like the fact that they had laundry facility but did not have quarters available and machines only took quarters.

There was no soap. I’m not kidding. No hand soap by the sink. The soap dispenser was broken. We were given a smoking room which I asked to change and they said no, which had an absolutely disgusting smell, burned tables and a couch, and a torn up bed. When I asked about the soap they said it was weird and that they don’t give out soap.
