I loved how clean the property is. The room was very clean, the staff were fantastic, breakfast smelled great coming down stairs. For breakfast it’s not a bar, there’s someone that makes it for you. The bar looked really nice too. It was a great stay, thank you

This hotel was a great respite from coming off a 12 hr drive from Florida. It is new, and trust the the cleaniness, etc. continues. The Roseliep's

Clean hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at. We would definitely stay again when passing through. Nothing negative to speak of but if I had to improve one thing it would be the parking situation. I’m assuming this will improve once the other Marriott across the parking lot is finished being built.

First time at an Element and see that it is competing with Hilton Home2 Suites, which I really like. I’m a fan of Marriot properties and will look for Element locations as I travel.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The parking wasn't ideal due to construction, but the stay was wonderful.

Very convenient location and great amenities

Perfect experience here. Newer building. Good location. Clean room. Welcoming staff. Breakfast was decent, but I wish it had some pancakes or waffles. Only "negative" point for me was the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan so odor or humidity after a shower stayed for a bit until it aired out.

Huge room great for families
-
It was spacious and felt like a nice studio apartment, rather than a hotel room. It was quiet and had all of the amenities someone who has special allergy/immune and health problems. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Great stay

My family and I’ve stayed here before and it was great both times. Clean and spacious room with full kitchenette. Great complimentary breakfast, coffee and drinks when you arrive. When we come back to the area, this is where we will stay.

Well

Breakfast buffet is one of the best around. Woke up to a cockroach crawling in one of our beds.

I've been staying at this hotel for a very long time and normally I have very good customer service and experience but this time they overbooked and had tons of cars and one of the customer service representative suggested that I park my car across the street at midnight I’ve been coming from my church function. The parking is horrible and unsafe and when ask for security escort, they could not provide one to me.

Great property, next to a large mall, tons of restaurants, right off the interstate.

Breakfast options were limited to only pork for the omelet, sausage and sausage patty. The vanilla yogurt was empty and had only nuts and dried cranberries as toppings instead of also having pumpkin seeds and fresh fruit like the Sacramento location. They had a lot of junk like chocolate syrup instead but I'm not sure what they were for. We also saw large bottles of syrup but nothing to put them on. Most disturbingly, the pool was trashed. I spent 15 minutes picking up food, wrappers, bottle kids, etc from the pool deck before I got in and used the skimmer to take a bunch of stuff out of the pool. The pool bottom also had a bunch of disintegrating wrappers. There were discarded bottles and a martini glass that I didn't touch. This was my second stay at an Element and I'm surprised at the vast differences between the two as they tout themselves as a wellness brand but we didn't see that same attention to detail in this location. The signature scent was missing, no mention was made to the amenities that make the location special like a wind down tea or happy hour, the bike available for use, etc.. I would not stay at this location again due to the cleanliness issues. The area is also under construction on multiple sides.
