We reserved a room for three. The sofa sleeper was not prepared and we needed more towel sets, but house keeping was there in less than five and fulfilled our needs pleasantly and efficiently. Front desk helped with tourist spots, breakfast was always good and well kept, pool area had plenty of towels. The hotel is in a central location with easy access to gas stations, Interstate

The stay was excellent! Room felt like home away from home. REALLY good water pressure and hot water. TV'S were on the small size and remote didn't work properly. Towels were really scratchy and tissue paper poor quality. Not a deal breaker though...

Kitchen plates were caked in dried food. Living area’s window coverings would not open. Gross black film on bottom of tub. A/C stopped working, no maintenance on weekends. I was given a broken filthy fan to use.

Woke up to a 16 hour drive ahead of me to find zero hot water in the shower. The checkout person offered no solution or offer any sort of discount for the inconvenience. The person that checked me in the night prior was fantastic
