Residence Inn Chattanooga Near Hamilton Place

Adequate. Sketchy neighborhood.

Very helpful staff ,large rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast wqs very nice with the choice of food spelled out. Just wish it had a waffle or pancake maker.

The large dining table in the breakfast area had ants crawling on it the first day. The trash cans in the room did not have plastic bag liners. The lights on the smoke detectors in the room kept flashing at night. Staff was friendly, check in and out was quick. Hotel located in an area with lots of eateries and shopping.

Lovely facility. Good breakfast all week, kitchenette was reasonably stocked except for pots, pans and utensils therefore. Made the cooktop useless. The microwave got the job done, just bought supplies accordingly. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but others staying enjoyed it.

Residence Inns never disappoint. This was a great property with a beautiful spacious room and helpful staff. The breakfast offered what we were looking for.

Rooms were very spacious and nice. Good place to stay.

The morning front desk clerk was really nice and helpful as well as the kitchen staff. Getting fresh towels was a bit of a hassle for some reason however. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

Great stay and location. Best hotel of ,4,000 mile trip.

Exceptional

The breakfast was fine, very normal hotel breakfast: cereal, eggs, oatmeal, bagels, sausage, etc. Our A/C in our room had issues on the second night there. It wasn’t unbearable for me, but my husband likes a cool 68° room and 75° was unacceptable. The maintenance staff tried their best, but couldn’t fix the sensor in the room. We couldn’t change room due to them being at capacity.

This hotel was so nice, clean and we loved the fire pit. I highly recommend this hotel. Very nice and even has a golf putting site. Our room was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. I loved everything about this hotel. First time saying this about a hotel. Onlything I can say is they need ice machines on each floor. We had to go to front desk for ice.

We did not us the hot tub so cannot report on that.
