Great staff The Internet site says it’s the best western. I kept looking for the best Western and didn’t find it. It took me a while to find a hotel.

AC unit had issues for us, guy at the desk did his best to assist. Bed was 8 years old and was moldy uncomfortable, noisy when moving (springs). Rooms aren’t insulated too well, you can hear others talking in rooms nearby. Can’t complain because it was a cheap stay, but I think I’d rather spend more than double just to avoid. They are also militant about the 9am cutoff for breakfast, just an FYI.

Check-in process was fast and smooth. Room was clean and all appliances used were clean and working.

The service was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the dogs feel special. There really wasn’t any thing to complain about. I did wish they had a waffle maker.

Beautiful hotel, swimming pool was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable beds! I was a little disappointed we could never get the tv in our room to work! It was stuttering and pixelated the whole stay
