The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was on the firm side and the pillows were not very comfortable. The kids loved the pool water slide, and the shallow section was great for our 2 year old. Breakfast was ok, but not as good as other home2suites locations we've stayed at in the past. We came down closer to the end of the breakfast window, but in the last 20 minutes, most food was not being refreshed and everything was shut down exactly at the minute it ended. While there were still options for food, it was much more limited in the last 20 to 30 minutes. All of the staff that we dealt with at the front desk were helpful and friendly.

A great place to stay. Clean spacious room, good amenities, peaceful, quiet, just a nice place to stay. I will be back when I am in Chattanooga.

Very helpful staff. For early risers, bfast starts around 7 AM. Rooms were quiet and mini kitchen with microwave and coffee make with fridge, dishes and silverware were helpful.

The room was perfect for our family’s trip. Spacious with all the amenities you need. Love it. The staff was not the greatest especially at breakfast time. There was no food left at 7:40 am and I asked if there will be more coming out and the front desk person seemed annoyed me asking. She just and I quote: « that is it » no apologies nothing!!! We ate cereal!! She was rude and unpleasant and unprofessional.

Hotel and room were generally clean. Pool was great. Breakfast was okay. Our only complaint during our stay was the people above us being very loud and banging on the floors all night every night which wasnt the hotel's fault.

The property and hotel staff were great, breakfast was rough, out of cups, plates, coffee was cold, food staff was slow to refill anything on most days! Other than that everything was fine!

Stay was lovely I would only suggest to get a top floor room if you don’t want any loud noises above you felt like I was in apartment. Kids loved the pool. Very clean rooms as well.

In the couch was old. 6 people 3 towels. They could improve.

Very nice place to stay. Helpful staff and great room accommodations. We had a half fridge and an extra sink. Very nice place to stay for a reasonable price.

On a road trip and needed a place to stay for the night. Property and room was clean and well-maintained. Would stay here again.

The bad: at check-in, the attendant finished her conversation on her phone by saying I have to check someone in, as she stood in front of me at the computer. The rooms have “creepy carpet”, lots of stains. The pullout couch mattress had a stain down the side, the sheets were not clean, there was no extra TP in the room(we saw an employee carrying in a large pack of TP from her car purchased at a local store) the bedside USB charger didn’t work. The staff, is generally unfit for service, when not on their phones- they are outside smoking and “hooting and hollering”. The pantry has few drinks and snacks for sale(sprite, tea in a can, and Powerade, zero vending machines) the manager suggested I go to the Garden Inn next door as they would have more. The breakfast on the first morning was dry, the second morning was typical fair. The pool was dirty and slide not working on the first night, it was fixed the second. No excrement bags for dogs- spreading disease and filth- we had our own. I run into some of these issues while traveling but rarely all at once. It needs new ownership or mgmt.
