Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga/Near Hamilton P

Hotel was closed down when we arrived and no advanced notice. Hotel was closed upon arrival with out notice.

It was nice and we loved the pancake breakfast Didn't like the traffic

Location. There was a bedbug in my room, I was told I would get a refund but I haven¿t received it yet.

The hotel looked good from outside but the hotel was a nasty mess I side and grounds carpets were dirty trash laying in hall air in room didn't carpet in room nasty I would not stay and I left and drove 1hr and half home n This place was a dump trash in halls and all over parking lot

The front desk clerk was amazing. She refunded my money with no issues. The room was dirty, food sitting on the table. The bed has been made but it was recently slept in, the bathroom was extremely dirty and the room smelled like marijuana. The whole atmosphere of the hotel from the parking lot was terrible

The room was musty smelling, leak in ceiling above air conditioning unit, mold on the ceiling. The carpet was stained with something. Nasty place to stay.

I am filing a dispute. I could not arrive by 2am due to very bad weather/heavy rain and dangerous driving conditions. I arrived at 7am. They gave my room away, charged my credit card. The property was very dirty, lots of deferred maintenance. I'm not sure if I would give it one star.

Decent shower When checking in, they were adimet about no smoking! Midnight someone was smoking outside our door. Stunk!!

The water pressure in the shower was great. Great location. The pictures are not reflective of the condition of the hotel. It¿s worn, dirty, and smells of marijuana throughout the hallways. The shower rod was falling down and there was mold on the bathroom wall. A closet door was missing and a drawar was broken.

Nothing! There was a lot of drug activity at the hotel. The entire place was dirty and unsanitary. We did not even stay there we left and found a safer place for us and our kids.

Absolutely nothing! The facility was disgustingly filthy. From the lobby to the room. Feces left in toilet, staff rude, other tenant(s) properties where out on the walkway & in the entrance. People yelling at each other. Room was filthy & did not have proper linen

Location Filthy, nasty! Worse place I¿ve ever stayed at. No clean towels for the guest, they claimed they were in the wash! Housing the homeless on the third floor!! Trash all in the hallways and dirty socks! Slamming doors and talking in hallways all night!!

Check in took awhile, hotel smelled of smoke, room was very poor looking and was not clean.

Absolutely nothing. I would like to give everything a 0 rating Bugs in our room. Completely filthy! Smelled like smoke and weed. 20 minutes after checking in we checked out. Would not give a refund. My kids were coughing from the weed and smoke. Never again will I book there or any Microtel.

Upon check-in there was a fight in the lobby between two other day casts over drugs. Another guest came out with a bag full of bloody clubs and told me not to stay here as they found it under your mattress in the room. I immediately checked out.

Nothing This hotel has cockroaches in the bathroom and carpets were dirty. There were some sketchy people going in and out all night and just hanging out around all the entrances. Did not feel safe here.

The outside of the hotel looked high quality. The location was good. Not too far from the highway and had many different food choices. Unfriendly staff. We observed many of the maintenance/maids standing around & eating food. 1st morning we had stayed there had breakfast. 2nd morning didn't provide breakfast. Had an overhead flood in bathroom. Paint falling off ceiling. Dirty floors.

Absolutely nothing Drug dealers outside & in the stairwells all night and a drug raid in the parking lot in the middle of the night. Room had no toilet paper, TV remote, or refrigerator. Cigarette butt in the trashcan (non-smoking room), and a crack pipe under the sheets!
