Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Chattanooga

It was clean and in a good area.

Staff was excellent, even when checking in super late. Room was comfy. Slept like a baby.

The host that greeted me when I checked in, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Felt welcomed..

Clean great trip

There was no hot water at the lavatory, which also didn’t drain, and the window ac unit suggested imminent explosion all night. Sorry too be negative but this was an unusual Marriott experience for me.

Very clean hotel - relatively new or recently remodeled. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast ended at 9 and (much to my amuseent) staff turned off the TV's and cleaned up everything rather quickly promptly at 9! Location was good - found a place nearby for dinner.

Thought I left my wallet in my room after checking out. The staff went immediately to check for it. I found later packed in my suitcase. They went above looking for it.

The staff were friendly and my stay was quite nice. The room was very clean.

Breakfast was really good. It had scrambled eggs waffles sausage and bacon and also all you can drink orange juice. The only thing I was disappointed in was that there were no pop machines in the hallways all there was was ice cubes and the water machine I did not understand how to use it. And the bed was uncomfortable for my back but it was clean. And the fact that the room had a thermostat control on the wall for the AC was great. Overall I would say it was good not excellent but good.
