Sleep Inn Chattanooga Hamilton Place

My guys love this place see you soon again.

It was not an enjoyable stay. The room was beyond unacceptable. We had to switch from our first room because the ceiling was caving in and there was mold everywhere. The second room was not much better. Someone smeared poop on the walls. The bed had cigarette burns in it. There was hair on the sheets and in the shower. The shower was disgustingly dirty. Spider webs everywhere. You could not walk on the carpets without shoes bc they were dirty, stained, and clearly have not been vacuumed in some time. I did take pictures. Our non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Was told they charge $100 for incidents but the conditions that both rooms were in I don’t see where the money goes. Very disappointed in my stay here. Morning staff stated we should’ve asked to move rooms and he would have house keeping take a look at the room. Broken bed, furniture, and shower I don’t think house keeping will fix.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. Once in room 103 and once in 205. Both rooms smelled like mildew. Neither room had bathroom ventilation to take out warm moisture when taking a warm shower. I believe that is the issue.

Pretty good value, room kinda smells like smoke, smoke detector wasnt attached to the ceiling, and the bathroom door handle was detatched. Garbage trucks picked up trash at 230am for some reason. Staff were nice and the breakfast was free and pretty good.

The ice machine on my floor did not work. Had to go to the second floor.

Parking was very convenient. The hotel staff was superb. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV remote did not work. A part was missing from the coffee maker so I could not make coffee in my room, but I just got it at the breakfast room. I did report both issues to the staff.

Its a alright type of place very clean

Front desk was unpleasant from the moment I arrived and when I asked any question. No working vending machines, no ice on my floor, TV unplugged, no room cleaning after 1st night - received mixed messages on the cleaning issue. Overall , not worth my money nor frustration.

Very personable and friendly at the front desk. Appreciated the free water and mints! The room was very clean and the only thing of note that wasn’t perfection was the toilet wasn’t bolted down well. It seemed like they’d gotten new floor tiles and possibly forgot to latch down the toilet. I would definitely stay here again.
