La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga-Hamilton Place

The location was excellent—it’s close to everything, yet surprisingly quiet at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Most of the staff were welcoming and helpful, but unfortunately my experience with the receptionist at check-in was disappointing. It was a man working the front desk when we arrived, and his attitude came across as very unwelcoming. There wasn’t any friendliness or engagement, and it honestly felt like we were inconveniencing him just by checking in. A positive first impression goes a long way, so I hope customer service at the front desk improves. Aside from that experience, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again because of the location and the room itself.

Love the room, the front was beautiful. My only dislike was the pool. We checked in around 10 and the chlorine was so powerful it burned my eyes. We could even smell it in are room. Everything else was great.

We had a nice a stay, the room was big and we had plenty of space. We really liked that the room had 2 tvs. Lobby was beautiful and well organized for breakfast.

The room was great spacious. All 5 of us slept comfortably and not on top of each other. It was so relaxing!

Our stay was okay! We stayed for 3 days located in not a great part of town lots of homeless drugged up see needles on sidewalks around. The hotel itself could have been better pool indoors an no skylight for sun not very clean in pool area's outdoor area not very clean grills where not usable at all. The breakfast was typical low budget liquid eggs an biscuit gravy every day plus donuts an waffles. Toilet in room would run consistently phone didn't work in room,but it was around 20mins from parks an things to do.

While I stayed I had to kill too biggg cockroaches &’ the sink snuck like poo I’m also wondering will I get my deposit back ?

Hotel seemed empty and was quiet. Close to airport was Some hotel staff very rude. Room smelled like mold. Moved rooms and AC was not working. Staff would not do anything to fix. Bed was uncomfortable. Couch was completely stained and gross. Hotel pool was dirty.

The breakfast was pretty good and the water pressure was really good and all the staff was nice and polite The bed was HARD AS A ROCK and the sheets were dirty. When I was laying in bed and looked to my right there was a giant stain on the wall but I didn't bother with looking any further. There was no air movement in the "living room" area. The shower was dirty looking but served its purpose. We weren't even checked out and the staff had already cleaned out the fridge that we left some stuff in and when I asked about it all they said was sorry since they didn't know who had cleaned the rooms when we were eating breakfast. All I can say is if you have to stay there it'll work but I won't be going back

Location was nice When I was checking in there were these glass spheres hanging above the counter. They were covered in a thick dust. It was basically a sign of what I was to expect. The room smelt like a hamster bedding piss and wood chips. I went to the front desk. They handed me a spray bottle of deodorizer. Also the ac was turned off in the room. Which made the odor more intense and took forever to cool off. For a handicap room the bathroom floor was not level. In the morning the breakfast was terrible. My kids refused to eat the waffles. They told me multiple times "the waffles tasted horrible!"When departing I tried to talk with the front desk. I was told to put the keys in the basket. They were prioritized doing other things away from the front desk. I later tried to reach out to management. I left 3 different messages and were never returned. I even tried just calling randomly. Overall I wasn't thrilled but I had a place to sleep.

There was mold in the bathroom of the first room we checked into which they were accommodating to move us to another room which was great honestly probably wouldn't stay here again as the property seems to be run down and not kept up well.Breakfast only is open until 9am which is fine for those that don't have kids
