Comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. There was mold in the bathroom and the air conditioner smelled like mildew

Location was nice, it was quiet and easy to access, the lobby was nice and the breakfast was nice with a good variety of foods and drinks to choose from. The hallway carpets were dirty with food smashed and crumbled up everywhere and smelled musty. The floors in the elevator were dirty with visible dried spills all over, there is only one elevator for the entire hotel. Once in the room, within minutes of our children removing their shoes, their feet were completely black. The floors inside the room were absolutely filthy, once again, visible dried spills and accumulation of dirt and dust and someone's fingernail clippings! The pillow on the couch was torn open, sticky stuff on surfaces, inside microwave was dirty. When we went to the front desk they told us that the room was cleaned the day prior, we asked if there was anyone in housekeeping that could at least go over the floor, we were told she was the only staff member there, as another staff person walked up to the desk and was sorting through things behind the desk. We were offered another room with the same layout, we asked to look at the room before agreeing to change rooms, it was in worse shape than the room we were checked into, the flooring was loose and moved up and down as you walked across, and was dirty with stuff spilled on it as well, the baseboard was pulled away from a section of wall a few feet long and electrical wiring exposed and hanging out of the heating/air unit. We chose to keep the room we had already checked into, and asked for a broom/dustpan and mop bucket to clean it ourselves, which was provided to us. The water off of the floors was nearly black!

There was adequate space and the staff was accommodating to trading out our room when ours smelled of smoke/vape. There were stains on the furniture and nothing seemed to be cleaned adequately. Guests were loud and smoking was happening within building.

They staff was amazing. My room had a dirty towel under the bed and we killed 2 roaches

Very friendly staff, rooms are spacious, and the outside grilling and fire pit were wonderful for grilling and s’mores.

The room was very nice and quiet. The amenities and breakfast was very nice. The shower was a little stained and the couch a little worn. Overall a nice stay.

Good experience

The breakfast girl was super sweet, friendly, and helpful. The 1st room had a roach in the bathroom. Promptly changed rooms and appreciate the help from the front desk assistant. 2nd room was same type of room. The laminate floor planks were loose and the floor itself is uneven and seemed not constructed well. The bathroom floor felt dirty and the baseboards were gross. Overall, one of the least enjoyed hotels even though the staff were so good. Company and management need to invest a bit here to bring it up a notch.

The hotel was clean, pool was nice, breakfast was great.

The only 3 things I didn’t like was the shower head kept getting water on the floor, the toilet seat was halfway off, and the floors made your feet very dirty !!!

I enjoyed the living room along with the bedroom. The bed is very comfortable but living room was a little dirty and it smelled like dog

It was easy to find and quiet There were homeless people walking around in the lot area, and even some sleeping in the lawn. I would not have felt safe walking outside at night

I liked the amenities and the quick access I did not like that they insisted on having a card on file and it basically locked me out of my banking account, even though I had the money to pay for the rooms with cash right there. They said they would talk to someone but never got back with me
