Nice clean room. Helpful staff

We had 3 rooms, they all smelled moldy. Morning staff member was not very helpful. Acted like it was a problem when I requested a receipt at checkout.

Every staff member we came in contact with were friendly,helpful and just nice.Housekeeping does a wonderful job.The maintenance department needs to keep up with the rest of the staff.

The room and the beds were dirty. There were crickets in the room.

The floor of our room was so dirty that I had to wash them before going to bed!!

8.5/10 the room was super nice, clean and very well taken care of. The breakfast was very good. Lots of options to choose from. The pool could have been bigger and there could have had more areas or bigger areas for pets considering that it is a pet friendly hotel. Over all I am very satisfied with my stay though.

Very accommodating for pet owners, our room had hardwood floors instead of carpet which was a plus. The designated pet relief area was clean and stocked with waste bags. Parking was good as well as the location which had a little of everything needed for traveling.

Walked into our room and there were puddles of water throughout, there was random stuff on the floor (dirt and trash pieces), there was hair and dirt specks in the bedding and the room had a bad smell (like old cat pee). After reviewing that stuff, we turned around and told the staff member we wouldn’t be staying there. They didn’t seemed surprised and immediately asked what was wrong with the room. Only plus was the customer service from the worker. Not worth the money.

The room we booked was in poor condition. The lobby was nice but when we arrived, the internet was down and we had to wait in the car for an hour. When we went in, they checked us in on paper and were irritated when we said we had dogs. The pool was closed which upset the kids.

Great stay with pool and workout area

I love staying here, and would recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect for food, shopping and entertainment

The room has a musty smell, the beds are old, there are holes in the furniture, the floor was not clean enough. I don't think i will stay there in the future .

However, I now have bed bug bites all over the right side of my body. Not exactly how I want to just start my Tennessee vacation. If they get that cleaned up it's an incredible place to stay and great value for the money.

great service and good breakfast..

Ice maker broken on our floor. Way to much chemicals used for the pool and not enough ventilation. Breakfast was OK but not restocked very much during open hours

Room was clean, breakfast was good, if in the area will stay again.

The location was excellent—it’s close to everything, yet surprisingly quiet at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Most of the staff were welcoming and helpful, but unfortunately my experience with the receptionist at check-in was disappointing. It was a man working the front desk when we arrived, and his attitude came across as very unwelcoming. There wasn’t any friendliness or engagement, and it honestly felt like we were inconveniencing him just by checking in. A positive first impression goes a long way, so I hope customer service at the front desk improves. Aside from that experience, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again because of the location and the room itself.

Love the room, the front was beautiful. My only dislike was the pool. We checked in around 10 and the chlorine was so powerful it burned my eyes. We could even smell it in are room. Everything else was great.

Very clean place I would come back

We had a nice a stay, the room was big and we had plenty of space. We really liked that the room had 2 tvs. Lobby was beautiful and well organized for breakfast.
