Room was clean but a little dated - no plugins for Phones (no USB ports). Limited counter space for toiletries and other clothes items - Parking was safe and breakfast items were limited, but well-prepared.

The facility was generally satisfactory, but when repairs were necessary, the patching work was inconsistent. None of the repairs were actually completed, so the room I stayed in was not fully functional. Notably, the bathroom was missing a soap dispenser, which had been patched up rather than replaced.

It's clean. The staff is great and happy. The rooms are gigantic in all out. Great place i'm definitely coming back

Clean and convienant

The air conditioning system was awful even when we had it on 66. It felt like it was 80° luckily, we travel with a fan that we can put on our night table. The building does need a few upgrades, but the staff was wonderful. My kids had a great time there. They really enjoyed it there. But you definitely definitely have to do something about your air conditioning.

Room was clean, but we were double booked and someone tried to come into our room at 6 am. Pool was closed, which was part of the reason we ended up there. Breakfast was average. Employees were extremely nice and helpful. Parking was easy to access. Room was nice and cold.

The person staff was bad attitude and no respect

We were happy to find pet friendly accommodations but did not know there was a additional fee until checkout.

Bad

The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The curtain rod had pulled loose from the ceiling and was hanging down. The dining area bench seats had the vinyl covering worn away. The towel hook was missing from the bathroom door and only one small rack for towels.

Exceptional

All started when I walk through the door and it took 30 minutes for the person at the front desk to greet me. The person had obviously been asleep. We get to our floor and the first thing we notice is the ice machine is out of service. There are parts in the room where carpet was coming off. The pool was Green and unaccessible. I came here to propose to my fiance. I went to hotels.com and the site provided pictures of a beautiful room and a beautiful pool with great staff. This was supposed to be a 4.7 star hotel according to hotels.com. hotels.com did nothing to help me switch to another room and so I had to put the entire proposal off for another month. I have spent 3 months planning this and just utterly disappointed with everything

This is a decent budget hotel nearby to Chattanooga. As with anything you get what you pay for, its not overly up to date but on a busy weekend in town the price was right. The Shower leaked on the floor, Bathroom door didn't shut properly, Same for the Front Door leading to the main hallway, Air conditioner was either too hot or too cold and didn't work between Hi/Lo/Auto functions. The Breakfast area is also way too small for how many people eat breakfast. There is a small room off to the side with some very run down booth seats where you can sit awkwardly facing other guests almost in each others personal space. The parking lot is decent, and there is a pretty good Mexican restaurant right across the street.
