Comfort Inn & Suites Hamilton Place

All started when I walk through the door and it took 30 minutes for the person at the front desk to greet me. The person had obviously been asleep. We get to our floor and the first thing we notice is the ice machine is out of service. There are parts in the room where carpet was coming off. The pool was Green and unaccessible. I came here to propose to my fiance. I went to hotels.com and the site provided pictures of a beautiful room and a beautiful pool with great staff. This was supposed to be a 4.7 star hotel according to hotels.com. hotels.com did nothing to help me switch to another room and so I had to put the entire proposal off for another month. I have spent 3 months planning this and just utterly disappointed with everything

This is a decent budget hotel nearby to Chattanooga. As with anything you get what you pay for, its not overly up to date but on a busy weekend in town the price was right. The Shower leaked on the floor, Bathroom door didn't shut properly, Same for the Front Door leading to the main hallway, Air conditioner was either too hot or too cold and didn't work between Hi/Lo/Auto functions. The Breakfast area is also way too small for how many people eat breakfast. There is a small room off to the side with some very run down booth seats where you can sit awkwardly facing other guests almost in each others personal space. The parking lot is decent, and there is a pretty good Mexican restaurant right across the street.

Did not get accessible room. That was Expedia's fault. Staff at property did everything to help.

The staff were very welcoming. I stayed in room 320 air conditioning was not working properly. I could not sleep. Was the driver and was lucky I didn’t have any accidents taking my guests home and going back to my home in Georgia.

The bathroom toilet seat was so gross and dirty we could not set on the toilet seat. I stood up to urinate and went across the street to do my business. I asked for another room but was told they didn’t have one and that was not the Marriott or Hilton hotels. I still payed for a decent room regardless. The bathroom which I just stated. Could not set on the commode and the tub was dirty looking from not being taken care of.

There was mold on the curtains and the cabinet that held the refrigerator. I started coughed from 9pm last night and haven’t stopped.

Staff is always kind and courteous, they clean daily make sure my rooms are stocked up

We parked on the second floor.

Clean. Friendly staff The room was too old to be rented. Bathroom door was horrible. A/C would not stay locked into a set temperature. The room felt damp all the time with A/C running. It’s too too old.

Convenient distance to our event. No iron in the room.

The bed was comfortable, in the room was clean. There was a crack in the bathtub, and the ceiling in the room was peeling up above the bed The property is a little outdated and could be upgraded a little bit.

Clean room.Very friendly staff. The pool wasn’t open yet. Breakfast was great.
