Drury Plaza Hotel Chattanooga Hamilton Place

Very nice place

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring Chattanooga. One of our favorite parts was the complimentary breakfast, dinner, and evening Kickback. It was such a nice touch and added so much value to our stay. The food was fresh, there were plenty of choices, and everything was well maintained. The location was excellent, spacious parking, and made it easy to visit the city's attractions and restaurants. Every part of our experience was enjoyable, and it's clear that the hotel takes pride in providing outstanding service. Thank you to everyone at the Drury Hotel for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Chattanooga and will gladly recommend it to family and friends. Five stars all the way!

Super nice hotel

Great hotel and very clean!

Ordered stuff from the bar downstairs they didn't have it so the bartender her name is ICE said hold on let me get my manger to comp this for you, I encountered said manager a few times already in the lobby and the elevator don't remember his name but he has brown hair and glasses and always looks like he wants to run out the building and never came back. Needless to say ice came back and said you need to pay the difference for the drink. I said so I have to comp my own drink and she said I would of had more but you drank a couple already. I mean it was comical at this point I paid and walked away. The hotel is nice but those two made it to where I won't come back just from their lack of people skills and professionalism. On a positive note Ebert was awesome.

Great place to stay

Room was not clean. Lot’s of hair on the side of the shower. Shower floor dirty. Something brown on the side of the outside of shower door.

Very nice hotel! Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. My only complaint was the restaurant. Placed an order to pick up. The loaded tots were missing ingredients and looked like it was thrown haphazardly into the container, and were somewhat cold. But, it is definitely some place I would stay again.

Everything was great

Everything was good accept the elevator. It took like 10 minutes for the elevator to pick us up. They had 4 but only one was working the entire stay

The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean.

Impressive property. Great value. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only negative was that just one working elevator out of three elevators.
