I enjoyed my stay clean, breakfast fantastic, great omelets, staff very polite and helpful in every way, and beds comfortable great place to relax!

Staff was professional and friendly. Our room had a beautiful balcony view and was clean.

everything was beautiful. I was there for 3 nights. the staff was top notch. the location was great and easily accessible. I really enjoyed the 5;30pm reception each evening with drinks and light snacks. That was a unique touch and a wonderful pause to the day. breakfast was great. A good variety of choices. I would definitely stay again...

This property rated extremely high with my experience!! The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Proximity to local restaurants, stores and attractions was very convenient. I will definitely return for another trip!

My room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing with many choices of breakfast foods. The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was very convenient for our needs.Highly recommend.

I'm in Chattanooga every month for work, and I used to rotate hotels to see what was on offer. Now that I've found this Embassy Suites I no longer need to look. It's a great experience and it's exactly what I'm looking for on a business trip.

breakfast was great, room size was great

And the golden line, it was a very nice hotel, does have a lot of things around to do and eat. The only thing that made me feel sad is my mother passed away. And I only stayed one night out of two nights. Nothing could be done to refund or credit.

Our hotel room refrigerator was left open so when we checked in the room, there was water all over the cabinet. Our room also had fleas as we kept getting bites but were not sure what it was—we found 2 fleas on our last day. The pool smelled awful.

The rooms are clean, the front desk staff is incredibly welcoming, and having two VW vehicles displayed right in the lobby is a very cool touch. The evening drinks and snacks are also excellent, and Donna Langevin is doing a fantastic job there! However, the morning breakfast experience could be improved. The dining area gets overly crowded with a noticeable lack of seating, and the queue for made-to-order items is far too long. The chef is currently using just three small induction stoves to cook omelets, which creates huge wait times. Would it be possible to upgrade to a large commercial griddle? This would allow the chef to cook multiple orders at once and significantly speed up the line.

This hotel was a great stop, right off the interstate. Close to a lot of restaurants. The evening reception was nice and breakfast had a lot of options. Would definitely stay here again.

Great customer service. Clean and well maintained

We had such a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Chattanooga! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Our room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the generous-sized bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. — such a nice touch compared to the tiny hotel bottles you often get. The breakfast was fantastic! The breakfast bar had just about anything you could want, and everything was fresh and well stocked. We also really enjoyed the complimentary evening reception and open bar. It was such a nice perk and a great way to relax and unwind. The staff was another highlight. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt like the hotel offered a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, amenities, and Southern hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Chattanooga! ❤️
