Clean room. Wonderful breakfast. Exceptional staff.

The room was very clean, bedrooms were super comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. We were a little bummed because the pool got shut down just as we were about to swim due to someone having thrown up in the pool... but other than that little hiccup we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was exceptional! Staff members were great and the decor in lobby was amazing. Rooms were clean , bathrooms spacious and modern. Breakfast was great.

Great location and lovely rooms

The service staff on the floor, notably an older lady, was fantastic; she was friendly, courteous, and a joy to interact with. In contrast, the cook appeared miserable and was not friendly. He seemed to do the bare minimum and could benefit from some retraining in customer service. This lack of engagement persisted throughout our stay, which was disappointing. The cleaning service had been satisfactory until the worker on Friday, July 17th failed to perform even the basic tasks required. They did not leave any toilet paper, neglected to properly set up the restroom area, and it was clear they lacked the professionalism and care necessary for the job. In contrast, the rooms on the previous days were left in an orderly manner, demonstrating that a higher standard is achievable. This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

I have no complaints, it was a wonderful and quiet stay all nights. Lots too do in the area and fairly good eats. Only issue the sheets had a blood stain.

Proximity to stores and dining. Suites were a good size and comfortable. Chlorine seemed to irritate my kids skin in the pool, likely because it’s indoors. Aside from that, we had a lovely stay with no complaints.

This is our halfway mark when we take vacation every summer and drive from Florida to Indiana. We have stayed at this hotel 10+ times and are never disappointed! Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast is phenomenal 😋 Staff is always friendly and professional. Close to everything!!! We usually eat at the Mellow Mushroom which is directly across the street. Nothing negative to say about this hotel!!!

The made to order omelets were amazing. The bacon could have been a little more thoroughly cooked. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
