Embassy Suites Chattanooga / Hamilton Place

This hotel was a great stop, right off the interstate. Close to a lot of restaurants. The evening reception was nice and breakfast had a lot of options. Would definitely stay here again.

Great customer service. Clean and well maintained

We had such a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Chattanooga! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Our room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the generous-sized bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. — such a nice touch compared to the tiny hotel bottles you often get. The breakfast was fantastic! The breakfast bar had just about anything you could want, and everything was fresh and well stocked. We also really enjoyed the complimentary evening reception and open bar. It was such a nice perk and a great way to relax and unwind. The staff was another highlight. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt like the hotel offered a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, amenities, and Southern hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Chattanooga! ❤️

Overall the hotel was beautiful, the free complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening was a pleasant surprise. The complimentary Little Debbie cake in the room was a nice touch. Everything seemed clean and staff was super friendly. The only complaint is the refrigerator in the room did not keep food cold and seemed like someone turned the knob to a warmer setting prior to us arriving.

Could use hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or wash cloths on. Breakfast was good. Lots of parking and other things close by. Had a bit of strangeness checking in but that was probably due to getting reservation on Expedia.

Beautiful property and hotel convenient well set up. Would probably stay there again in the area.

The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was amazing, and the staff was very curteous. There a huge bug in my room upon arrival.

When checking in I told the receptionist that I had a dog with me so that she can be sure to add the pet deposit fee to my booking. She looked at me and asked was I sure I wanted to stay there because the fee would be $100 and that's a lot of extra money.... I told her I was already fully aware of that fee and I was ok with paying it. I felt that she was very unprofessional to suggest I stay somewhere else due to a $100 fee as if she assumed that I could not pay for it.... Other than that experience the hotel itself is lovely along with all of the amenities. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I stayed for a family reunion and enjoyed myself. I just wish the lady who checked me in was a little more professional that's all. The hotel is beautiful and the pet fee is the average fee for most hotels I stay at so it was not an issue. I also loved how in the back there was a nice little walking path for me to walk my dog. One of the maintenance guys even came up to me and played with my dog he made us feel comfortable and Miss Deborah who was working the reception area during breakfast was so kind and had a wonderful personality. The bartender was also very friendly and such a sweetheart as well. Overall it was a great time and will definitely stay again.
