Breakfast ok.... My room had snains burn marks. Store had no female medici e or products.......

Very affordable. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The ice maker was not working on our floor but that was the only issue we had.

One of the biggest issues was the lack of hot water. Throughout our stay, the shower water was only lukewarm to cold, which made showering very uncomfortable for everyone in my family. After a long day, being unable to enjoy a hot shower was very disappointing. In addition, the shower was not properly cleaned before our arrival. There was visible residue and what appeared to be hair left behind from a previous guest. This raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room and made us question the overall housekeeping standards. We chose your hotel expecting a clean, comfortable stay, but these issues significantly impacted our experience. Because we paid for two nights and did not receive the level of comfort and cleanliness we expected, I would appreciate appropriate monetary compensation for the inconvenience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously so future guests do not have a similar experience. I look forward to hearing from you regarding a resolution.

The rooms have a strong smell. The carpets are dark and they look dirty . There’s a lot of stains in the hallway carpet and room carpet. Our first room smelled a lot like cigarettes although the hotel is smoke free- we were switched rooms but the other didn’t smell that good either. It’s not the worst but could def be cleaner

The carpets are super dirty, staff wasn’t as friendly as expected.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the located fabulous!

This Hotel was adequate but not great. The location was an easy walk to shopping and several restaurants. The one thing that surprised us was there was no hair dryer in our room. When we asked the front desk they asked if we had checked various places in the room which we had. She said come to the front desk we'll see if we can find one. After following her to a couple housekeeping rooms and talking with some of the staff she said they didn't have any. We my roomate contacted front desk asking about getting one from an empty room, was told they didn't offer them. They acted like we were really bothering them. The whole experience took the shine off this place.

The breakfast are needs some work. Only two carafes of coffee is not enough, need another toaster, no sweet rolls/danishes, no grits/oatmeal/fixings. The powdered eggs were ok (but watery). Didn't try anything else. Everything else about our stay was great!

Convent location Booked and rate said includes taxes and fees then was charged an additional pet fee that was more than the base rate once checking in. Power went out in the middle of the night (no storms). Will never stay with Sonesta again, Marriott and Hilton include all fees and don’t charge additional pet fee. No where on booking.com of sonesta website said additional pet fees will be charged. Will stick to booking direct with Hilton and Marriott in the future and avoid booking.com.

Clean room and the mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Quiet location, quiet facility, and the breakfast was outstanding. Can’t think of anything- it was a great value.

Nice room, nice location but lost power and couldn’t get ahold of front desk. While calling I was routed to a call center who recommended I visit the front desk. When power came back on alarms and flashing lights went for a bit. Whole situation went from about 2-430. Probably would’ve been fine but we didn’t sleep and it left a bad taste.

Every stay it is always quiet. The location is great, and breakfast was very good! The internet was awful, we couldn’t watch tv or use our phones for entertainment, it would start and stop. They also changed out the mini fridge, it is mini mini fridge now, even bottle water would fall out when the door opened. This was always our favorite place to stay.

The breakfast was fine, eggs, toast, bacon. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and I slept well. There was a diaper on the floor in the closet. Didn't notice until we were leaving and doing a sweep of the room. We only stayed one night and didn't even look in the closet until then. It wasn't used. Told the staff about it, they apologized and said they would give us a discount on the room but nothing came of it.
