Disappointing

The couch had stains on the arm, the TV remote didn’t work, there was no cover on back of remote. The room did not have a blow dryer. I called front desk and asked foe one and It was never delivered. The mattress sheets didn’t fit properly, the sheets kept coming off the bottom mattress. The room did not have an ice bucket. We had to use our hands to fill up our cooler. The couch was very uncomfortable. Could feel the springs. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well. It was slow to drain, with a build up of water. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Not worth the price!

I realize it’s a pet friendly hotel, but my room clearly smelled like wet dog as soon as I entered. I’m allergic to dogs. I was told pets can stay in any rooms but they pay additional cleaning fees. Stay was otherwise fine.

The commode flushing non stop (water running day and night). Maintain your bathroom

Cons: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was a major concern. The walls throughout the hallways and inside the elevator appeared as though they had not been wiped down in a very long time. We were initially assigned Room 319, and unfortunately, the room was not clean. There was hair throughout the room, the carpet was visibly dirty, and there were clothing tags left on the floor from a previous guest. The tabletops had not been properly cleaned, and the exterior of the appliances was particularly dirty and appeared to have not been wiped down in quite some time. We requested a room change and were moved to Room 209, which was noticeably cleaner and much more comfortable. However, there were still a couple of issues. The bathtub in one of the bathrooms had a loud, continuous drip, which was especially noticeable at night. The furniture was also extremely worn and could use replacement or refurbishment. In particular, the couch was so worn and dirty that I would not feel comfortable sitting on it! the cleanliness and condition of the property need significant attention. With better housekeeping and some updates to the furniture and common areas, this could be a much better hotel

All rooms are pet friendly so if you have allergies they will act up! Skip the breakfast, go to Waffle House right down the street.

It was clean comfortable and better than we expected.

The cleanliness, the suite has everything like the comfort of home. You could genuinely rest after a day out. The breakfast was also nice. Enjoyed the entire stay.

Location nice. Guy at check in was great up got a better room ours was not ready or something he was soooo sweet and nice great front person !!! Breakfast Staff Little rude. Asked for a microwave to warm a muffin she told we don’t have one the. She called me a stupid witch with a b !

My room was not nothing I booked my room had old warn out furnitures all that was there did have all the seating for the living room and bed had hard springs windows damaged flying insects came in at night pool was filthy spit hair bugs everywhere in the pool and no one said anything about it being out of order I didn’t get Hilton say at all felt like red roof inn or something older motel 6 vibes never again

The ceiling fans in the breakfast space are in desperate need of cleaning.

This hotel is quite mediocre. Our stay was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were told that the room we booked was taken. We had specifically booked a larger room to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. They weren't able to give us a room big enough. Ultimately, we were forced to be split between 2 smaller rooms. When we got into our rooms, we noticed several dead bugs. The rooms were not clean. The a/c in one of our rooms was not working correctly. We were sweating through the night. I'd definitely recommend finding a different place to stay for your trip.

Decent

Location was great for visiting different parts of Chattanooga.

Nice spacious rooms ! Quiet but convenient location.

Excellent place to stay. Professional staff and available to meet your needs. If you need anything just ask. They were great! Need a few basketballs on sight. Need chairs to lay back in the sun. Folks lay by a pool.

Breakfast was lack luster. Everything else was wonderful.
