Tru By Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton Place

Excellent location for my needs. Clean property and very helpful and friendly staff. The mattress could have been a little more comfortable but it wasn’t terrible. Water pressure in the shower was barely enough to get the soap off. All that said, I would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay. We only stayed one night so we didn’t get a chance to use many amenities but the breakfast was good. Hotel is 9 years old and we were told it will be getting a refresh soon which is somewhat needed. Really liked the nightlight in the bathroom! Hotel was clean but could use the refresh. We would stay again.

The lady who checked us in was super. The breakfast was very lacking. Pancake machine was out of order. Limited selection. However, the breakfast lady was great. She was very friendly and kept everything up and clean. The young man who checked us out probably needed customer service training; really not much personality. The carpet on floor 3 needed vacuuming badly. Our shower gel was completely empty. The place wasn’t bad-just not great.

The hotel was located in a good place to access the interstate. I would stay there again.

The staff was great

It is a nice hotel for a one night stay. We were simply on our way to Florida and wanted to see Lookout Mountain. The staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable about what was going on for the 4th of July in Chattanooga. Our room floor was not fully swept when we checked in. All in all, just kind of an average experience. Not terrible, not great. It did the job for what we needed.

First time staying at a Tru. They were sold out for the night before our stay but they let us check in a bit early and our room was already available. Space was clean and just what we needed for a quick stop over on our road trip.

The plumbing in the rooms was super backed up. Staff was very nice but three rooms all with AC leaking and or plumbing clogging sinks it was bad .

Good common area, friendly staff, good breakfast

There is no storage for clothes, which we knew but just be prepared to mostly stay out of your suitcase. The water pressure in the shower is horrible. Even as a man with short hair it took a good while to get all the shampoo out so I can only imagine it being much worse for women. The beds were not comfortable as I had back pains throughout the night and following mornings; my wife and son had the same experience. We didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on that. The staff was friendly and went through the basics on check in/out.

Great for a quick on-night stay when passing through.
