Red Roof Inn Chattanooga - Hamilton Place

Comfortable and clean. A fine stop for my road trip.

The manager was very helpful. But there was no table or chair in the room to sit or eat on. There was no microwave or refrigerator. Very little there.

We stayed overnight, in the middle of a long trip. We checked in late (around 11 pm). The check in process was quick and easy. When we got in the room the amount of humidity in the room was unbearable. Everything felt wet. The smell of mildew/mold was intense enough that we had to spray lysol so we could try and sleep without getting a headache. I didn't bother trying to get another room because of the time and the sign on the office door that read "No more rooms. Sold out".

The room was clean and the staff was awesome.

The TV had lots of channels. The only issue was the new bath tub. It's a little taller than most and was pretty slippery. The Hotel was in a convenient location, surrounded by restaurants.

Property had cockroaches running around outside the door. Staff was unprofessional, unfriendly Would never consider staying with this hotel line again!!!

The first set of rooms given to us had not been cleaned, but we were quickly accommodated and was satisfied with the rooms

Personnel was very good and knowledgeable about certain things and places. I felt like the bathtub was a little slippery with nothing in the bottom of the tub to help keep me from falling. Had to hold onto the railing. Other than that the stay was Great!!!

The property was very smelly. The room smelled like cigarettes. There was hair and cigarette burns in the sheets. No soap in the bathroom. The whole place just felt very dirty. I guess that’s what you get for 65 bucks though. If I were you, I would definitely spend the extra money to stay elsewhere, even if you’re just passing through for the night like us.

Beware that the bed is from the older drug dealer rooms and will be the most unsafe place in Tennessee for your stay and the busted microwave will keep you up with the light on all night plus you police officers aren’t very quiet and you get what you pay for the upgrade to the room was a coat of paint

The refurbished rooms were great! Very clean & updated! Zero complaints about my stay other than the outside looking different and still needing work for a remodel. But the rooms were fantastic!

The staff was excellent. Friendly, efficient, helpful. The hotel, you get what you pay for. My toilet had to be manually reset after each flush by taking the top lid off and pushing the flapper down. The room’s door was rotting and hard to shut and open. The room and bed was clean. The remote control was broken. Although a smoke-free room, many guests were smoking just outside their doors. Homeless everywhere. It’s adequate, but if you want a bit nicer, spend a little more money.
