Pathetic breakfast!

The property was very clean and the area surrounding the hotel was very quiet. There were some restaurants close by and I did not have to drive far to get a bite to eat. I would definitely stay here again away from all of the traffic in the downtown area.

The check in staff was rude! The building was not air conditioned and the the musty smell was awful. We were okay once our room cooled off but you had to wait a while.

Not a bad place to stay, but not amazing. A/C unit was leaking in the hall, not to mention the mirror was hanging off the wall in the room and we were missing lightbulbs in the fixtures. Location was fine, but it was located on a very busy thoroughfare. Which could make getting into the lot difficult. Not a bad place, clean with a comfortable bed, which was more than enough for us.

Breakfast ends at 9, not 9:30.

Excellent place to stay. The room was nice and clean. Super quiet and relaxing. Staff very nice. If in the area again this would be my first choice to stay at. Highly recommend.

Right after checking in they had to do an eviction next door to our room. Lots of doors slamming and a woman yelling I’m naked. Police had to be called. Absolute zoo.

Exceptional

Location is wrong on Apple Maps drove around in circles looking for the place. I pre checked in supplied my card info and I was still asked to do a full check in and(what was the point of a pre check in) then I was billed again for the room mistakenly because I had already paid… at that point I’ve spent over and hour dealing with the front desk after traveling all day and trying to get some rest.

Nice remodeled hotel, very clean. Loved it and inexpensive. The breakfast is just continental but that was ok with us.

Very good

The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water, there was no iron in the room, no coffee maker in the room. When I asked for extra towels I was questioned like it was a big deal. I would never recommend anyone ever staying here.

The location and room were great, however our stay was soured by Olivia at the front desk. On two separate occasions over the course of the weekend not only was she unhelpful, but downright rude and disrespectful. We found great folks and southern hospitality all over Chattanooga, but not at the Super 8.
