Super 8 by Wyndham Chattanooga East/Hamilton Place

Very clean room with excellent staff. Convenient location. Would definitely stay here again !!

Very good

The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water, there was no iron in the room, no coffee maker in the room. When I asked for extra towels I was questioned like it was a big deal. I would never recommend anyone ever staying here.

The location and room were great, however our stay was soured by Olivia at the front desk. On two separate occasions over the course of the weekend not only was she unhelpful, but downright rude and disrespectful. We found great folks and southern hospitality all over Chattanooga, but not at the Super 8.

It was very nice, clean and quiet. We had a pleasant experience!

Comfortable bed. Very flat pillows. Convenient location. Biggest issue was the AC was completely off on a day with temp 85+, so it took a bit for AC to cool and dehumidify room. But it cooled in a fairly reasonable time and kept room temp steady.

Everything was great

Everyone was so great. Food was good, the beds were very comfortable, air great, have stayed before and will when in the area again. Thankful that Wyndham is improving this hotel.

I would stay here again. The room was clean and the Staff friendly.

Room was clean and AC was cold, but the blankets on the bed were basically sheets. Breakfast was empty by 8:30 and not replenished, the waffle batter was empty, the yogurt was gone. For coffee the only option was half and half mini cups for cream, one option for sugar, and the pink artificial sweetener. We only got cereal or a bagel as options. Hallways were hot and sticky. No laundry services on site, lack of amenities. Overall was an unpleasant stay mostly because of the absence of blankets and breakfast. Otherwise it was quiet, clean enough, hotel staff was nice, and of course it was cheap. If you stay here, definitely go to the beignets & brew place for breakfast, that was 10/10 delicious.

Rooms where clean and nice. Staff was friendly. A.c. in one of the 3 rooms we had took longer to get the room cooled to where I wanted it but it was a room with a slightly older unit and was on the side getting the evening sun. Overall, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. They had breakfast but we chose to sleep in

Everyday housekeeping, friendly staff, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was ok, water pressure was strong and water gets hot like it’s suppose to. AC worked well. I would come back to this location! Wish it had a pool. Wish breakfast time was extended until 9:30a-10a.

The room was very clean, would have been nice to have a table and chairs, we were on the 3rd floor, very quiet bed and pillows were very comfortable would stay again.

The front desk gal repeatedly reminded us that smoking was prohibited. The hallways leading to the room all smelled like someone was actively smoking. Thankfully our room did not smell like smoke. Breakfast was very small so we opted to stop elsewhere.
