Hampton Inn & Suites Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

We stay here once per year and it’s always an excellent stay. This is one the best Hampton’s in the network and we always book here for that reason. 10/10!!

Great area with close shops and restaurants. Great continental breakfast. Asked for pillows for the pull out sleeper and was told there weren’t any pillows. Asked for toilet paper for 3 people staying 3 nights and got one roll. Asked for more towels the second day and got only 1 more!

We arrived late to the hotel on the final night of vacation and after just over an hour or so, learned that our son had passed away at home. We quickly got our things together and prepared to leave. The clerk was the first person we saw after receiving terrible news and they were very compassionate and kind in our pain and sorrow. I will never forget that.

Staff was kind and helpful, there is a very spacious lobby area to sit and eat or visit.

Everything was really nice. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good as well. We always stay here when visiting family in Chattanooga. We love it that it's also so close to the Hamilton Mall and near the interstate. Love this hotel.
