Hampton Inn & Suites Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

The room was really clean and inviting. Breakfast area was really clean and stocked pretty well considering we didn’t go down to eat until 9:15. Breakfast was really good for a complimentary breakfast. Could have better pillow options.

Staff was good for the most part. Shower was great. Bed was comfy. Everything seemed clean. Coffee was good. Pillows were old and lumpy. Breakfast was NOT up to usual Hampton level; omelet was rubbery and pastries were cold/stale. Worst of all was the elevator beside my room; every time the door opened it closed I could hear a long loud sqeak like a haunted house door.

I like the nice clean property, it’s bright, it’s welcoming I had an issue with the WiFi for my laptop so I could study for a class when I got back to my hotel room to study and one of the employees helped me through with it.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean. Good breakfast. Our room was next to the elevator. It squeaked every time some was getting on the elevator. Sounded like someone was opening a squeaky door all throughout late night and early morning. Spouse said he got no sleep at from hearing the noise.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean and staff was very nice, helpful and fast when attending needs. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect. Everything was great. There were no dislikes. Or maybe the length stays. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I have stayed at this location several times, as it is near my family. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The pillows could have been a bit more comfortable.

Stayed here for a weekend to move our son to college. Truly an outstanding hotel stay! Property was very well maintained and staff was incredibly friendly. Our room was very clean and Breakfast was always fully stocked. Location is amazing with lots of shops and restaurants.
