Great location. Beautiful views from the rooftop pool/bar

Unfortunately, the noise was another major issue. We heard police sirens throughout both nights, making it difficult to rest. I'm not sure if it's because of the surrounding area or poor soundproofing, but it was constant. On top of that, we could clearly hear our neighbors using the bathroom through the walls, which also means they could likely hear us. If privacy is important to you, be aware that the bathroom doors are also extremely thin, offering very little sound privacy. The pool was much smaller than expected and very shallow. If you're traveling with kids or looking forward to spending time at the pool, it's really more of a small wading pool next to the bar than a place to swim. Also, the bathroom by the pool had a door that wouldn't lock. After returning home, I also noticed incorrect bar and restaurant charges on my credit card for places we never visited. Thankfully, management resolved the issue, but it was concerning. The manager even mentioned that I was the second person to call that day about the same problem, which suggests there may be a

Front desk services weren't a big help. Didn't see any "Management" around. They had tech issues.

The only drawback is the street noise; plus, we were on the fourth floor, and it sounded like people were tap-dancing above us. All in all, it is a great place to stay.

The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean. The only complaint would be that there was no coffee maker in the room. We had to go to the coffee shop in lobby and pay for coffee.

Drove out for breakfast No coffee ☕/K-cup or microwave inside the room . Valet parking only, No swimming pool for swimming. Everytime we needed our vehicle we had to call for it . We're senior citizens , some times forgetful of items needed from the vehicle.

Rooms were great and extremely comfortable Triple charged me because they stated the didn't collaborate with booking. Still have not received my money back since speaking with multiple mangers they brushed me off as it's not a problem at all when I checked in the lady told me she wasn't going to charge me and handed my keys until she spoke with booking and then charged me anyways. This is not only a problem on the hotel it's a booking problem also I have been a highly active Booking customer and I'm highly disappointed after this visit

Staff and hotel were both amazing!

The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!

We loved the rooftop bar and the room was well designed. We could walk to every place we wanted to go so it’s a great location!

They charged our card soo many time we go locked out. Each time it was charged it was a different amount. After the first day we told them, nothing happened. Which led our car to being locked by our bank!! It’s very frustrating to say the least.

Close to my destination, walkable to everything, clean, great staff

Such a cool hotel which was perfect for our trip to Chattanooga. The staffing was awesome the views from our room were amazing. It was walkable to pretty much everything we needed and we only had to take a couple of short drives.

Just wish there was a microwave and coffee maker

Location is great, pool/bar area was fun, room was clean & bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay again!
