The rooftop here is a destination spot! The view of the mountains was so beautiful. Great staff all the way around.

Website extremely misleading about the rooftop pool and restaurant. Pool is for guests only, however it's on the roof along with the bar/restaurant that is open to the public and ran like a club!! So no guest could possibly go and enjoy and relax in the 2 foot deep pool (they leave that part out too, its a waiting pool) because the bar is right there and in the evening full of drunks! Definitely not a family atmosphere at all! Not to mention the public gets carded at the elevator for the bar and is thr same elevators that actually guests have to use to access thier rooms! Ypu can hear all the noise on every floor coming from the bar!! Drunks all over the hotel!!

If you stay on a higher floor you will hear loud(very loud) noises! It didn’t bother me really but it may bother someone else! They have a rooftop bar and pool so noise is to be expected!

The rooftop bar was great! The bartenders in both bars were so good and friendly. The valet attendants were awesome. The bed was comfortable. The pool wasn’t really a pool. More like a Greek bathtub. Only a max of 6 occupants allowed. Water maybe a foot deep. Definitely not kid friendly which we didn’t have kids there but some did. On the very edge of downtown. About a 30 minute walk to riverfront which at night was kind of scary because it was like a ghost town.

It was clean and beautiful. It was in a great location. To be honest, my experience with the staff was maybe the worst I have ever encountered. The woman that checked us in should not be working in hospitality. I will not be going back to this hotel. The staff that worked the rooftop was the same.

It was very loud, and right across from the bar scene. Our room was beside an alley way, and you could hear people outside the window all throughout the night. I had my son with me who wanted to swim, they do have a rooftop pool, however, it is not your average pool. It's small and it's more for sitting/lounging. It was full of people and ultimately, just wasn't kid friendly. The rooms have no microwave, and the mini fridges are extra...mini (it barely fit a to-go box inside). The staff was friendly, but overall, I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for something family/kid friendly. I also should mention, I had my dog with me and there is nowhere to take your pet to potty that is close/convenient.

Excellent stay! The location was perfect and made it so easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL TO STAY AT

We spent a few hundred dollars on a room for one night in order to go to a local concert. We couldn’t have had a better location, however we did have to pay to park valet overnight @ hotel for $30 -I believe we should’ve had parking included at hotel we are staying in- I think that have been nice touch. Check-in was effortless. Our check-in host was a little less than friendly, but he did inform us that the pool closed at 10 and the rooftop bar would be open till midnight. The bathrooms were nice and the hotel rooms were very clean. Again, there’s a restaurant, bar and café on site- very $$. The pool is very tiny but has a beautiful gorgeous look over the mountains. The fitness center looked well appointed and was located on the second floor. once we get into our room I noticed no one prepped our trash cans with the bags so we had to open up all the bags for our trash cans other than that it was impeccably clean. The bed was the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in! In the morning, we were woken up by a large generator outside of our room just humming That was a little unfortunate and we had a coffee maker in our room, but the coffee was entirely weak. It tasted like coffee, flavored water so you have to go buy some coffee downstairs in order to wake up. I think that they could do a little better w/ some luxury perks: better coffee or comp a drink for the price and $ parking. Beds are peak.

The beds were so so comfortable, great walking distance to everything. Staff was amazing. Parking was overpriced. But car attendants were very helpful.

This property is amazing! One of the best rooftops i have ever been to! Great view, great bar set-up, pool is bit small, but elegant. Hotel is very clean and rooms are nice!!!

Unfortunately, the noise was another major issue. We heard police sirens throughout both nights, making it difficult to rest. I'm not sure if it's because of the surrounding area or poor soundproofing, but it was constant. On top of that, we could clearly hear our neighbors using the bathroom through the walls, which also means they could likely hear us. If privacy is important to you, be aware that the bathroom doors are also extremely thin, offering very little sound privacy. The pool was much smaller than expected and very shallow. If you're traveling with kids or looking forward to spending time at the pool, it's really more of a small wading pool next to the bar than a place to swim. Also, the bathroom by the pool had a door that wouldn't lock. After returning home, I also noticed incorrect bar and restaurant charges on my credit card for places we never visited. Thankfully, management resolved the issue, but it was concerning. The manager even mentioned that I was the second person to call that day about the same problem, which suggests there may be a
