Everything Nothing

Front desk, Chris, was super helpful. The speakeasy has great food and the decor is sophisticated and fun!

We had a nice one night stay while in town.

The sink being in the bedroom!

Staff was exceptional. Everyone was knd and helpful. They did everything they could to make our visit to Chattanooga a positive experience. From the front desk, to the valet, to cafe waitress, and housekeeping, they all played a role in making our stay a pleasant one. Hotel and rooms were clean and well designed. Unfortunately the HVAC was down on the entire 3rd floor where our original King room was booked. They had to give us a room with bunk beds. Those bunk beds were the worst! They were very loud and squeaky with every subtle move and the mattress was thin and lumpy. There were 2 TVs that were synced together for top and bottom bunk but the remote did not work them properly.

Beautiful place and the kids loved the bunk beds. Very clean

I told a used pad wrapper in the room on the floor, the power went out outside where we valet park and it was pitch black and scary, and our tv didn’t work. For $194 a night, it wasn’t worth it AT ALL

We only stayed one day but will definitely be back for a longer trip. The hotel is in a great location, the staff was wonderful, the room was cute and everything was very clean.

$12. for 2 cups coffee. It was very good, but ridiculously overpriced! Rooms were tiny. Too small. Shower door was in front of water valve, which you couldn't access unless you stood in shower, come on Mariott you can do better!

Pros:Great location, clean, easy valet. Cons: king room was an awkward layout and didn’t like the sink being right next to the bed. wouldn’t stay here if I were in town again

Great Location

Everything was awesome! Staff was the the best! Rooms very artsy and clean. Close to lots of great places to eat, and there is a cafe and speakeasy bar that serves food as well. You really never need to get in your car to do anything downtown: it’s all within walking distance. Dog-friendly!

Stuff very friendly No microwave in unit

Loved staying at the Kenley. The staff was so helpful getting us a later check out due to the Ironman. We loved having cold bottled waters in the fridge available to us when we were coming and going. Also cookies always out and fruit infused waters! The location is super convenient. I’d say the only thing that was a little inconvenient was the queen bunkbeds in the rooms. I’d say unless you have kids the bunk bed situation is not ideal but I understand the space saving element in a big city and it’s what works for the property. Otherwise will totally go back and just get a king room when it’s just my husband and I traveling

The design of the entire place is well thought out and well executed. I love the little touches like the guide book (which is gorgeous). The room's lighting is soft and warm which is so enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable; it didn't make me wish I was in my own bed at home which is high praise! We happened to discover the Speakeasy which is super cool and well made! We'll definitely visit again. My one grievance is there's no fan situation for the bathroom or bedroom that we found. Now that I think about it, we may have been able to turn a fan on in the room using the thermostat which could have helped. So, it's possibly user error.

Exceptional

Staff when we arrived was good but the second day the guy that was there was aloof, Valet was MIA for quite a while, etc. Third year in a row I stayed there but next time going to Reed House.
