This property is clean and was pleasurable to stay.

Clean and close to everything Key fob didn’t work getting into the building.

Great location with a cafe across the street. Free shuttle service with a bus stop very close. Breakfast was very good, and the bed comfy. Ice machine out of order on our floor and the bar only open Wednesday to Saturday, when the sign said only closed on Sunday. No laundry detergent left on the shelf to purchase so had to walk to the food store to buy it. The free shuttle service is very intermittent, even though it says it comes every 5 mins at each stop. We waited 40 mins at one stop and gave up at another. Shower controls very confusing but once we got them sorted the shower was great.

The location was great to downtown attractions. My room and the entire facility was clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and it was nice having coffee 24/7. The only negative thing was paying for parking. I understand that is how everything is in Chattanooga but it would be nice to not have to pay when staying at the hotel.

The only complaint occurred during breakfast on Sunday morning. They ran out of breakfast items pior to the 10am cut-off and didn't replenish even though the dining room was packed. And, they didn't have any milk available for the cereals provided.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, EXCEPT PAYING FOR PARKING AT A MOTEL YOU DONE PAID FOR, AND THE BAR CLOSED WAY TO EARLY.

Great location, parking was easy. We had one staff member that was very nice and helpful. I have completely forgotten her name but she had blue hair!! She as always so friendly! Cleanliness of the building was great as well. First of all, the bed felt like sleeping on cement. The continental breakfast was terrible. The staff working on the specific day that we actually had breakfast were not nice and just seemed like everything bothered to them. The day we checked out, the one elevator for the entire hotel, was out of order! Luckily we were leaving and only had two bags so the four flights of steps weren't terrible.
