Bathroom/shower layout is excellent. The room is sparsely appointed, with a single sitting chair and no real desk surface. Breakfast was without any meat: just eggs, potatoes, biscuits & gravy. Also, no water was available at breakfast.

Room was clean staff was very pleasant and helpful the breakfast was ok and our air conditioning struggled. The hall on the 5th floor air conditioning was not working properly and that made the room units struggle to keep the rooms cool.

Our room was clean, the breakfast choices were excellent however the coffee machine leaves a lot to be desired and the bar had no bartender on a Friday night!! What's the point of having a bar without a bartender and it's not self service! All in all it was a nice stay.

A hidden gem in Chattanooga. Every touch point from check-in, room expectations and staff were exceeded.

Breakfast was not great. Hot food was not getting replenished frequently enough for new guests so a wait was needed or just skip the hot foot altogether. Parking was an issue for me. All the spots were taken and the overflow lot did not accept the code I was given.

The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. The lobby was clean and everyone was super helpful that we encountered.
