Staybridge Suites Chattanooga Downtown - Convention Center by IHG

Dirty, furniture worn & broken. Dirty towels on the floor.

The room space for really nice

The breakfast and the people who worked that area Everything was out of order. I booked it for the indoor pool and it was not working. Hot tub not working. The dyers did not work and the treadmills did not work. The drink machine at breakfast did not work. We saw 4-5 bugs in our room. The room seemed clean but we did encounter bugs. The man that works day shift front desk is rude. Night time lady nice. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere. Gated parking but gates up all night. Doors to hotel open all night - not secure. Elevator seemed dirty

Hot tub has been broke for a year and the inside pool was cold. Didn’t even get to swim.

Good

It was in a convenient location and the staff was nice. It was also quiet and the room location was perfect. The breakfast was great as always! The room was unclean and had roaches. Immediately upon entering the room a roach ran across the floor. There were also roaches in the shower. We didn’t complain because our HVAC went out and we needed somewhere to take the kids.

Everyone was nice and very pleasant

I like the location. My room was very comfortable. And exceeded my expectations in size. It had everything I needed. Theakfast also exceeded my expectations. The food options were delicious , good quality and plenty of variety. The pool & hot tub was not in working order and has not been for a very long time.I was extremely disappointed and should have been given a discounted rate for the amenities was one of the main reasons why I booked this location.

Good

Property was great for the price I paid to stay there one night.

Good

Overall great stay. Only negative was a rumbling noise when we tried to get to sleep the first night. We were on the top floor so may have been an a/c unit or something on the roof. Parking was great and breakfast was good.

Excellent services the front desk employee(Crystal) super nice and educated and the rest of the crew too.The breakfast Excellent and the location of the hotel perfect plus the parking lot. 10 of 10

The arm of thr chair was broken and just stuck back on. Our almost 2 yr old went to get in it and fell due to the arm just coming off. It scraped her. The fridge was leaking some bad water. The furniture was completely torn and outdated badly. The door that closes going to the bedroom got stuck closing me and my daughter in. My hisband had to get a butter knife to get us out. But the manager and staff were completely wonderful. They moved us rooms with an upgrade and a huge discount on another night.

Close to lots of restaurants and sites. Directly across from the convention center. The hotel is aged a bit, but does the trick for quick travel. Complimentary breakfast each morning.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and the hotel was centrally located in walking distance to everything. I will visit again.

Superb

Everything, especially the staff. The staff was wonderful, making our stay relaxing and memorable. The breakfast options each morning with fresh fruit was exceptional. Staff went out of their way to ensure my wife had gluten free options. Amazing customer care!!
