Todo muy bien solo que los muebles de la sala son muy viejos ya creo deberían remplazar por unos nuevos

The hot tub ( the reason for my selecting this hotel ) wasn`t hot. The pool was plenty cool and the breakfast was to my satisfaction and the room was super clean with the hide-a-bed being broken in, almost literally. 2.5 stars.

This area

The property was okay for what we paid. Internet was down when we arrived so we couldn't check in for 3 hours (7:00 pm when we arrived at 4:00) due to a severe storm so we received a $20/night discount. Our room had very warn furniture in the sitting area and was not comfortable. The bed was rather hard which was not good for my back so not restful for me personally. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was descent. Overall it was fair place to stay.

Roaches no hot tub they didn't tell anyone it was cold, im still waiting for refund

Nothing at all

The hot tub was not functioning on the day of our stay. Half of the electrical outlets were not working. The closet didn't have a door. The new sofa bed didn't have the bedding. Overall we had the good nights sleep, but we had to bare with few things that were broken.

Not many things We were only on the property for 10 hours and in that time someone broke into our vehicle and stole several tools from a toolbox in the bed of our truck. The toolbox had a lock on it, but someone had time to break the locks and steal over $500 worth of tools.

2) One light switch by door did nothing. 3) Carpet at foot of bed was sticky. 4) Breakfast mediocre.

Our room was clean, but the floor near the A/C was soaking wet which we discovered when our socks and bags got wet. The pool wasn’t heated (although we were told it was) and the hot tub wasn’t working. There is not an ice machine in the building and no ice trays in the freezer to make ice. There was a wide variety at breakfast and the staff was incredibly attentive.

We paid for a hot tub that we did not get because they no longer had them. But were we refunded our money……NO!!!! Finding the hotel was so hard!! It was hardly marked and directions on where to park and even to get into the lobby we just about nonexistent. The elevator door shut so fast that it shut on you no matter how quickly you got in. I WILL NOT recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy!!! I think part of what we paid should be refunded because I paid for a hot tub that I did NOT get!!!!

Clean, decent pool, nice staff, we loved our room! Had so much space for our group of 7! AMAZING breakfast! It’s a bit outdated, but for the price in have No complaints.

The hotel needs updating. There were holes in my curtains, my carpet was wet, the over all room did not have enough light. But the kicker for me not to continue my stay was the ROACH in my bath room. When i said something the desk clerk. Simply said sorry. Food was decent. There was no ice available other than on the morning and at snack time.

The general manager was really great but they did not post that the swimming pool was dirty the hot tub did not work the furniture was really old and stained.

No water in the hot tub..big family took up the whole pool area, very loud. Not good instructions from front desk

Nice facilities. Nice people. Breakfast was good. Room was huge compared to average hotels. I think our room used to a smoking room. Had a smell of stale smoke. But we were sight seeing so much we weren't in the room much.

Very nice place next to volleyball arena

During my stay. The rooms were good and the staff was excellent. But the condition of the hotel wa dark and in need out remodeling/updating. Overall it was ok ty
