Hotel Bo, a Days Inn by Wyndham Chattanooga Downtown

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Short walk across the street from the convention center at an affordable rate. The bed was comfortable and the property was clean. The air conditioner didn't quite keep the room as cool as I would have liked but was adequate.

The coffee in the lobby was good and had nice choices for creamer. The ladies at the desk were so nice!! We enjoyed our stay and will stay again next year when we visit Chattanooga again!

Very friendly staff.

My one real complaint was that over the weekend, the bar located in the open motel courtyard had live entertainment. It added to the noise. Fine if that's something you enjoy, a bit annoying if you want to sleep and hit the road early the next morning.

Wyndham, you need to check on this place. I understand old as this is an old hotel, but I don't understand lack of maintenance and cleaning. The water in the bathroom faucet never would turn off, the refrigerator leaked water all over the floor in front of it. The TV remote wouldn't work and there was a none to pleasant smell in the room. Also there was no one in the office when I tried to check in as she was next door also running the bar. Definitely will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

I was in room 153 and the exterior door was in poor condition the bottom of the door is loose and doesn’t fully seat in the jamb when shut unless you nudge it with your foot. The peephole lens was also broken. The bathroom door was worse and needs to be outright replaced. There was a hole on the inside lower corner and the uppers corner had been rubbing the door frame for a good while causing the door to separate from itself. This must’ve been a known problem due to the multiple screws in the door skin trying to hold it back together. This patchwork repair didn’t work and that part of the inner framing was either missing or had fallen inside the door itself.

I loved the uniqueness of the property and how well-kept and clean it was for the age. It was so cute. Loved both of the front desk ladies on both shifts. They were both very friendly and helpful! I know Ashely was one of their names but don’t recall the other. Not having enough parking at times was an issue. There was no soap in the bathroom. My main complaint about the property is that the mattress was very uncomfortable. My two guests and I did not sleep well.
