Great little boutique hotel and very well equipped. You can walk to bars and restaurants nearby. Nothing although a little noisy at the front. But quiet at night and at this price point can’t be beaten

Location. Lots of restaurants close by. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Losing personal belongings is stressful, but the complete lack of accountability and poor customer service from the staff made the experience much worse. I expected a much higher standard of honesty and professionalism. I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

The beach The linens were terrible and no comforter it truly needs a comforter. The rooms need a updating.

Again the location is what is all about for this hotel.

Always stay here for Ironman events in Chattanooga. Reasonably priced and close to the event space. Although its dated, its functional and ever member of the staff is delightful.

Convenient, affordable and just right for tourists or people passing through Chattanooga. Room was clean. Live music on Saturday nights was a treat.

Staff was great.

When we first pulled in my husband was a little surprised at my choice because this is an older retro-style hotel. The reception area and facilities have been kept in good shape, staff all very friendly, grounds are clean. The guests we ran into were typical travelers. Parking was easy. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Walkable to downtown restaurants. Felt safe in the area.
