Extremely charming hotel with unique rooms & decor. Unfortunately the use of portable ac units was required which felt a little odd. Offsite parking was less than ideal. No valet available either. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay & would recommend to others.

I would not stay here. The check in process was awful. Their computer system was down so at check-in I was charged for 2 nights that had been prepaid. And when I pointed it out the staff member got really unsettled and had me talk to her manager on the phone. Room was not ready when we got in. There was trash in the trash cans. On the second day I asked why my room was not serviced when I returned after being out all day. The same staff said in a very condescending matter of fact way that they did not service rooms unless it was requested. The only sign I saw said that we needed to put a little sign on our bed if we wanted the bedding changed. But they never in came in to our room. Staff was very unhelpful. The pictures made the to hotel seem like a beautiful vintage hotel. It was nicely decorated but I would not stay here. Not having working AC and very inhospitable front staff made our anniversary getaway terrible

This is a unique and lovely property. The staff is extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We loved our room the orient. The breakfast was simple but tasty.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was super clean and spacious. The staff was beyond wonderful! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you

I loved this hotel! I had to move rooms because the AC was not working in my initial room BUT the staff was super accommodating and made it seem as if it was no trouble at all to do so. The parking situation is really my only complaint about this hotel, it was pouring rain one of the days I had to bring a ton of my things to my car, and the nearest parking is honestly a bit of a hike. They do advertise no on-site parking though so that was to be expected, it was just a bit further than I'd anticipated. Traveling solo as a woman, I also did not enjoy this walk to and from the car alone in the dark at night and early morning for my flight. But that being said, the rooms are SO cute and unique, the staff was great, and I would love to stay again and try another one of the rooms since they are all different. The bar that is attached was very cool too.

Great boutique hotel. Off-site parking is a few blocks away. Pretty easy to find a place on the street nearby, but the meters start at 8 a.m.

Loved the staff! There’s an awful throughout the hotel that I didn’t like, no fridge or microwave. I understand it’s the staff responsibility but some people would like that option.

The hotel had a really unique style and atmosphere that stood out from other places I’ve stayed. It had a cool vibe that reminded me of the 90s in the best way. The entire property was very clean, including the room and bathroom, which were both beautiful. I also loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided they smelled amazing. Most importantly, the staff were wonderful, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. There was very little to dislike. Overall, we had a great experience during our stay.

Everything was fantastic about the room the staff etc. it was that air conditioning unit!! It was SO LOUD I couldn’t sleep at all. Then my iPhone had collected moisture from it and wouldn’t work until it dried out. I was traveling a long way and really needed the rest. But didn’t get it and as much as I paid for the room, I wasn’t worth it at all. I won’t be back.

What a cool, quirky spot the Dwell Hotel is! I loved the midcentury decor, which they committed to throughout the property. The location is convenient--a quick walk from great restaurants and coffee shops. The amenities were unusual (like the hotel itself)-including a sound machine! I loved that while this was a Marriott property, it was far from a chain--with distinctive rooms to select from. I appreciated the listing of local faves the hotel offered too (much more interesting than the coffee shop front desk folks suggested: Starbucks!). While the view wasn't particularly appealing, having my own balcony area was a treat!

We will certainly be back.

cute decor but not so...

cute decor but not so great AC and dripping water.

The midcentury modern decor of this boutique property is delightful and unique. The room was spacious and clean along with being well stocked. The bartender was very helpful in learning about the area and good company when the area was empty.

Stay was amazing, definite recommend for anyone to visit. This hotel has so much history and I want to stay in every room when we visit. I am looking forward to stay here again.
