Nothing. The place is run down, dirty and filthy. The ambient is not the greatest, The pictures on the booking web site are deceiving, I would not recommend.

Loved the location, the room was beautiful and the bed was very comfy. The roof top "Iris" had a wonderful Brunch, beautiful view of the city. Love the soaker tub and shower combo. I took a nice hot bubble bath. The front desk checked in via text to see how our stay was going and offered up suggestions for things to do in the city. Didn't like the fact that house keeping didn't clean the room or leave extra towels from one night to the next. I had to call to get new towels. New sheets on the bed wheren't needed but would have been nice to come into a made bed. If they expected tips (which suggest cards where left asking for tips) if we had those services done we would have tipped. But that would not stop us from returning for another stay.

NEVER AGAIN. Loudest hotel I've ever stayed at anywhere in the world. The traffic and sirens throughout the morning, day and night were worse than staying in Times Square. In speaking with other guests, they all agreed worst night sleep ever due to noise. The hotel rooms are tiny, the bed hard, pillows flat at sheets stiff. I've been traveling to Chattanooga for six years and this was the worst spend on a hotel room in more than 20+ stays. Valet fender bender with my car, needing front bumper to be replaced and refusal by Valet that it was their actions. I love the Tapestry collection by Hilton but this hotel has completely missed the mark.

Unique property in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. The speakeasy has a lot of character and the staff was very helpful with information on local eateries and coffee shops. Loved the decor and a visit to the rooftop is a must.

Very nice, lobby smelt great. Shower jel smelt wonderful If being super picky, would say TV probably too big for the room.

The hotel was clean, well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The drinks and food at the rooftop bar were very good and the view was amazing. We will definitely stay there again when in Chattanooga.

Location and the cleanliness of the room was wonderful. A portion of my meal did not meet my expectations, but the server provided exceptional service to correct the issue.

Great hotel, but no room service or restaurant for a hotel downtown makes really no sense.

Clean room, friendly staff, restaurant and bars walking distance

Very nice and upscale hotel! Roof top bar and restaurant were phenomenal, we didn’t eat but had a drink with great vibes. Everything was absolutely lovely great walking distance to almost everything downtown. The only negative was it’s near a fire station and it seemed there was a fire every hour on the hour. But great sleep between! I’d stay again with earplugs.

The overall stay was fantastic and the staff was very nice and helpful

Our room was spotless and had the perfect view. Highly recommend upgrading to the deluxe king!
