Hotel Indigo Chattanooga - Downtown by IHG

Awesome place with some live music downstairs which was a nice surprise.

Location, vibe, and the pool! Price

Our room was spotless and had a wonderful shower. The chairs by the pool were nice. The hotel is located close to downtown so was very convenient.

This hotel has gone downhill. We stay at this hotel atleast 1 time a year for business but this most recent visit was the worst we have seen. Electric outlets loose and not working, ac not working and shower was in bad condition. Will not stay here again.

Everything. The staff was great & friendly, the location was amazing & close to everything.

The rooms were so spacious and the bed was comfortable! The bathroom/shower area was exceptional. The elevators have to complete a full cycle before they arrive to your floor? ‍♀️

Breakfast was a little slow but good, The shower floor was very slippery, but I asked for a rubber bath mat and housekeeping brought me one,

Wonderful hotel in downtown Nashville!! Great location, clean spacious rooms, super-helpful staff, and delicious food in the restaurant. My only dislike were the pillows—much too overstuffed/thick for my comfort.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Chattanooga. It is walking distance to downtown and the Walker theater. It was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, bar and restaurant on site, pool is small but nice, and valet was normal pricing for overnight parking. We will definitely stay here again.

Pay to park that’s was all I did not like

Staff were super kind and helpful, when I got there I was able to do an early check in which was great because I don’t live super close. That evening apparently the TVs / cable went out, a few hours later apparently an elevator had issues, a lot of high way noise from my room on the 8th floor, when I checked out early this morning something happened in the front lobby and there was a gigantic puddle of water by the front doors and down stairs was incredibly humid, pool was a little smaller than what it looked like online, the room was very clean and had a great bathroom and plenty of space but I probably would not stay here again all things considered.
