Hotel Indigo Chattanooga - Downtown by IHG

We had a few “hiccups”. The tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, and the a/c didn’t work. They promptly moved us to a new room. In the new room the tv still didn’t work. We later learned the property had a computer glitch or something that cause it to go out. Which I understand things happen but the lack of communication about that was disappointing. The building engineer was the only person on staff who wasn’t friendly. He was rude! But other than that the stay was fine. The room was clean. The front desk people were pleasant. The restaurant was cute. The food was typical hotel food with reasonable prices.

Our stay was just what we needed! It was very quiet, peaceful and we so loved our food being brought to our room. The staff was so friendly and nice!! The restaurant Wanderer in the Hotel has delicious food!!

We had a one bedroom suite with plenty of room and I especially appreciated the clean scent as if the floors were just mopped with Fabuloso or Pinesol instead of the usual hotel scent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only opportunity is valet parking. We had to wait entirely too long and not because the young men weren't working. They were running. The system just doesn't flow well. That said, I liked the property and our room. I would stay here again.

Overall good experience but shower door was not functioning well, the place was very hot at the time we entered and took a day to cool down, lastly the valet is not efficient as you may have a place to be at a certain time but it can take up to 10 mins to get your car if there is only one person working. Those are points of improvement but good stay and nice area!

We didn’t have time to enjoy the nice bar area or dining options, but it’s nice to have that on site. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Air conditioners are terrible. They have covers over them so the rooms never get cool. The hotel tried to auto charge us for valet even though we didn't use it. They did refund it but only because we caught it before we checked out. Rooms are not well lit.

The room was super clean and accomodating.

Great hotel, location, staff, and amenities! Nice outdoor area to hangout with small putting green and indoor/outdoor bar.

The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants. It was very clean. The atmosphere was friendly. The staff were polite and professional. We had to pay for parking daily.
