But everything else was excellent. I enjoyed our breakfast very much and the service we received while eating there. We were celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary and nobody said anything to us. Nothing was special about our room either. I am sure when We made the reservation we mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary!

The room was clean and quiet but there are only 2 elevators and one of them was broken down so it was extremely inconvenient. On our day of check out, we waited a very long time for an elevator, it arrived twice too full for us and our luggage cart to get on, so we gave up and had to carry all of our luggage down the 5 flights of stairs. It was hot and heavy and frustrating. The front desk was apologetic, but did not offer us a discount, which would have been appropriate.

Excellent stay! The only thing I didn’t like was that we didn’t have a microwave in the room. The microwave was in the hallway with the ice maker. As nice as this hotel is there should be a microwave in every room. It’s inconvenient to take your food down the hall to warm it up. I hope this is one amenity they start to include in all rooms going forward.

The staff was amazing, the shower pressure in the shower was probably the best I’ve ever felt, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

I love the layout of the King room. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of space. Nice towels. Staff was helpful and great valet service.

The staff was great though. It was clean. Location was pretty convenient, but overall our experience was soured by the factors listed above. If you go, I hope your experience is way better. You and your money deserve that.

Everything was perfect.

Couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work, there were issues with the air conditioner, it ran the whole time and you could hear dripping, maintenance was set up. Nothing really was done. There was a piece of metal showing in the bathroom, not fixed. There were issues in the bathroom, issues with light fixtures, issues with the elevator. This was a one night trip kind of disappointing.

Great location. All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Ate dinner in restaurant and it was delicious. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Would stay there again.

We had a few “hiccups”. The tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, and the a/c didn’t work. They promptly moved us to a new room. In the new room the tv still didn’t work. We later learned the property had a computer glitch or something that cause it to go out. Which I understand things happen but the lack of communication about that was disappointing. The building engineer was the only person on staff who wasn’t friendly. He was rude! But other than that the stay was fine. The room was clean. The front desk people were pleasant. The restaurant was cute. The food was typical hotel food with reasonable prices.

Our stay was just what we needed! It was very quiet, peaceful and we so loved our food being brought to our room. The staff was so friendly and nice!! The restaurant Wanderer in the Hotel has delicious food!!
