Great location friendly n helpful staff. Loved having valet services. All guys so nice. Beds comfortable. Only thing noticed was when pulled hair dryer from bag..it was nasty! Would go back anytime. Jordan manager that we talked to several times was the most friendliest helpful and the sincere guy I have ever met in management at a hotel!! He said he was over their 7 hotels n Chattanooga!!!

Mandated valet, $25/ day. You can come and go as you please within a certain time frame I believe 6am-11pm. Breakfast is $20/person. There is a pool and gym. They have laundry but it's $3/load per machine. Other than that it was a pretty normal hotel, comfy beds, nice TV. A small fridge, microwave and Keurig for food appliances. They do provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hand lotion. All of which were the Dove brand. So all in all, a decent stay, with some annoying quirks, like having to wait for your car.

Our refrigerator would not stay on. Had to manually turn on every couple of hours. Speaker in tv broken. Finally offered another room but leaving after 4 day stay.

The only complaint I have is my toilet seat was broken. I was there a week, so I asked for it to be repaired TWICE. It never was fixed after I was told it would be. Surprised me because I’ve stayed here 10 or so times.

The mattress was hard. The pillows immediately deflated as soon as you laid on them. We had to use a rag to keep the shower door from sliding open while showering.

The staff are AMAZING! They welcome me by name when I check in. The location is great, so many places to go within walking distance. The hotel itself is very clean and well taken care of.

Room was clean and spacious. Very friendly staff. Pool was nice. Valet left my windows down and my vehicle unlocked. I called and left several messages and no one would return my call. That was a month ago. Exercise equipment was not in good condition or missing pieces.

Air didnt work, made us change rooms. That air did not work and when we asked for help, nothing was done.

Clean room, very friendly staff. Had to change rooms around 9pm when we got back to our room and realized all of our food was spoiled and hot. They put us in another room but we needed a handicapped room for my husband with mobility issues unfortunately we didn't get that and got a room that the window was facing the wall and was right by the room service station so all morning we were hearing banging and bumping from them working. Unfortunately there was not even a basic cereal breakfast only a $20 a person buffet that the hotel employees said was over priced and terrible. Luckily there were a lot of great dining options within walking distance

This hotel is in a very convenient location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! However, the hotel could use some updates. The furniture in the lobby and the sofa in our room was a bit worn and could be replaced. Also, the shower door kept opening as we showered. Overall, it was was a nice stay and we would stay there again based off our experience with the staff alone because they were just that AMAZING!
