The location of the property was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The website said it came with free breakfast, but we were informed we had to pay $16 for breakfast

Our stay was amazing from check in with Victoria, to all the staff. The cooks, maintenance and everyone was so nice and helpful. I took my mom on vacation and we could not have picked a better place to stay.

The staff was incredible! We had the best time, and we even added an extra night to our stay with breeze! Monique and Mike made us the perfect dinner each night. We were exhausted from walking around downtown all day which made our dinner decision difficult. We remembered there was a restaurant downstairs and thank the Lord we did! The burger and sweet tea were to die for!

Walking distance to all locations downtown. Parking for the hotel was actually owned by the city, so they charged a fee every day there. Probably the only negative thing.

Clean, quiet, close to everything we wanted to do. Parking a little tough sharing with next door business.

Chip at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as was the bartender (did not get his name). Room was very clean.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It's within walking distance of all the major Chattanooga hotspots. Spend the extra money for a balcony room, you won't regret it. This will be my go-to hotel for all my Chattanooga visits from here on out.

I didn’t like the fact there was NO parking spaces when we checked in at 4:00.

The breakfast was very good. Quality food. We loved the location and how safe we felt walking to the river for our sunset boat ride and Duck Tour ride. There was not anything that we did not like.
