Hampton Inn & Suites Chattanooga/Downtown

The room and bathroom were very clean and quiet. We couldn't hear the downtown area even though it was bustling from a busy Independence Day celebration. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well.

This is our favorite little getaway!!! Whenever we come to Chattanooga, we stay at this Hampton Inn. It's in a great location - walking distance to AMC movie theater, great restaurants, the Aquarium, and the river. We park, and do not have to use our car until we leave to go home. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love the shower! I love the shampoo, conditioner and lotion! The breakfast is always good! The pool area is beautiful! The staff is always helpful and kind! We just love this place!!!

The room overall was good, just a bit dusty. The breakfast had different hot foods each morning and was enjoyable. Hot and cold food, several drink options (with tiny cups), baked goods, cereals, waffle-making, and fruit were available. The support staff, though, was not friendly. The first night while taking a shower found that there was an empty bottle of conditioner in the shower. I had brought my own, so it didn’t affect me much. I advised the front desk about it. She acted concerned, but nothing was done. Overall though, we did enjoy our stay and recommend it. We especially liked its location and the walking distance to almost everything downtown.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Had a family with young kids on our floor. Raced up and down the hall. Something we know you can not control.

Great place for families. The heated indoor/outdoor pool was wonderful, and the location is right across from the kids' museum and right down the street from the aquarium. Good breakfasts. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We traveled with a toddler and the location was convenient to local restaurants, the Tennessee Aquarium and the river front. We were able to walk to everything and able to enjoy the local craft fair. We will definitely make another trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn. The facilities were very clean, rooms were spacious and essentials were provided, and the beds were comfortable. Location is within walking distance to so many activities and restaurants. We liked the gated, covered parking but felt it should have been included for free.

Our 5yr old loved having the indoor/outdoor pool to swim in. Very friendly staff, we enjoyed our stay.

Our room was very clean. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. My kids absolutely loved the pool. I personally love the fact that the pool is warm and not freezing cold! This was a A+ stay and hopefully we will be back to visit in the future!
