Perfect location for the ironman

My wife and I had an amazing time! Downtown is where is at ! Hotel is in the perfect spot! Walking distance to everything! Enjoyable Place !!

The hotel was fine but the parking was horrible. You had to go up a tight, winding ramp. Won’t go back.

Location Room floors could be cleaner, let the baby run around and her feet were awful. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay. Staff was super nice!

The staff was very welcoming and great during our stay! Everyone of them that we came in contact with was awesome! The suite we had was fantastic! The hotel was in a great location and close to restaurants. Parking was reasonable in the parking garage. The only issue was that one of the elevators was down and this caused slow downs when it was busy. Overall a great place to stay.

Bistro menu did not have basic breakfast items, so had to eat elsewhere.

Clean. Great spot for walking around town. Plenty nearby. Right across from the IMAX which is a gigantic screen. Breakfast you do pay for extra that you order at the coffee bar. It’s good though. One bad thing is it’s $20 a day to park in a garage that’s not attached. The walk isn’t terrible and can be done with roller bags but it’s not super convenient especially when paying to park.

The staff,location and the service. Nothing to complain about.

Parking is a little different. I wouldn't stay here if I had children due to the areas you have to walk through to get to your car. Everything else was great!

The rooms clean and the bed was so comfortable.

The facility, staff and room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. I got the best nights sleep that I've had in a long time. We enjoyed our overnight stay very much.

We stayed on the first floor (maybe the only room on that floor, but open for our early check-in). Loud party in the bar until 0100. When I woke the next morning an approximately 3-inch cockroach was crawling in under the door. Moving pretty slow (perhaps was at the big party), so an easy kill. Won't be back.

The room was super hot. The elevator did not work. A little irritating for money spent

I enjoy my stay here with family. The staff were professional and knowledgeable. The property was very clean and so was my room. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Thanks Fawn and Chris for making are stay so memorable! I would definitely recommend and it’s across the street from the aquarium.
