Nice hotel.Clean. Closest hotel to the river is a big plus. Parking is a nightmare because garage is separated from the hotel. It's a weird setup.

Parking was awful, very confusing. Couch Bed broke my finger, just collapsed on me.

I like that it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. We loved that it was just a walk from the river bank and all the eating places. There is a bite of a misguidance. There is a sign showing a Starbucks, but the faculty doesn’t have a Starbucks they just serve Starbucks coffee.

No changing table in the lobby bathroom, my room wasn’t ready upon arrival so I didn’t have anywhere to change my baby after the drive. Clean rooms and helpful staff!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Courtyard in downtown Chattanooga. It was so convenient to so many things. It looks like it has been recently renovated so that was nice. Everything was very clean. Would recommend to anyone going to Chattanooga.

The hotel was in a prime location which made getting around very easy. My wife and I enjoyed our room and the view of the aquarium. The staff upon arrival were very helpful. We arrived a few hours before our scheduled check in and they were able to get us into a room right away. We can’t wait to visit Chattanooga again and stay again.

Best location, didn't have to use the car at all hotel was so close to everything. Staff was outstanding, greeted us every time we walked by and engaged in conversation. Some work trucks came to an adjacent building at 130am. Backed up multiple times and were very loud.
