Loved the location. After swimming in the pool we saw that the pool failed it last test. The was posted in the pool area. The pool should have been closed until that inspection was updated. What if someone with a compromise immune system like myself got sick.

The property was well maintained, staff was so helpful, and the location is perfect for all of downtown & especially the aquarium. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area. It’s great for families.

Good location, quiet, well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was standard hotel fare but hot, fresh and good. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location to visit the aquarium and walk to some excellent restaurants and bars.

The proximity to the aquarium, many nice restaurants, pleasant walking, and having a 2 bedroom suite. Having to pay for parking and the main room door kept getting stuck.

Location was fantastic - walking distance to main downtown attractions and easy access to free public transportation Hidden fees. Had to pay extra for pet (which is understandable) but then had to pay an additional $20/night for parking. Parking should be included with price of room.
