The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The only reason I did not give a 5 star review was because the room smelled musty.

Really cool place, and a great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants! One drawback is that while there was a mini fridge in the room, there was no microwave, which is something to be aware of. Everything else was great, though!

The staff were all very polite and the hotel bar was great. That being said, our room had the strongest odor of mildew. It was awful. We were only staying overnight so it wasn’t worth moving rooms.

The staff was amazing and very helpful, they right off the bat upgraded our room for a respectable fee and we loved the room! The bed was so comfortable and the huge bathroom was a welcome treat and even the shower was top notch! We loved the atmosphere of a 1930s theme, Great Gatsby and Al Capone gave everything a rich elegant feel! The pool was also a great part we enjoyed, large and comfortable, even with kids playing and adults enjoying a cocktail! Oh and the Valet attendants were top notch!

The hotel is in a great location. The room was fantastic in our opinion. The bathroom was especially nice for a 4 star hotel. We were very happy with our stay.

This was a fantastic “find”in Chattanooga. The only draw back at all is there is NO public parking! - haha

This place was amazing it was so beautiful and clean! The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel is located in a great part of downtown my only complaint would be the parking was a little tough if you didn’t want to use valet but we made it work. This was such a magical hotel, the rooms were well kept and everyone was very kind

Since our stay was short, we ate out around the city and not at the hotel, so I cannot speak on the restaurant. We will definitely be returning!
