OMG!!! We had only a one night stay but it a perfect! The young man that check us in was GREAT. The location is perfect; close to restaurants, lounges and my favorite...The Chattanooga Market on Sunday morning. For a quick getaway it was perfect. See you very soon for a longer stay. The place was GREAT and conveniently located to restaurants and the Convention Center.

Our room was ready for us upon our 0800 arrival - a very pleasant surprise! It was clean and had all the usual amenities. The staff was outstanding, especially the Front Desk Manager Lisa. Due to medical issues we did not utilize the Housekeeping staff but they cared for the other rooms diligently and on a daily basis. The food was very good and plentiful, served downstairs in the Lobby/Bar area (lunch/dinner), and on the second floor for a breakfast buffet. The Lobby/Bar area was pretty noisy in the late afternoon with large numbers of people congregating, but the noise diminished as the people did. The City of Chattanooga sponsors a free electric shuttle bus traversing the business areas and has a stop at the hotel - very convenient. Everyone I interacted with in the hotel/city was very cordial, helpful and friendly. A small convenience store/snack shop is also just off the lobby area.

Ice machines on our floor didnt work the whole weekbwe were there, going to bar to ask for ice seemed like a burden to the bartender... when it came to check out the front desk gentleman was not very helpful had to ask another front desk lady to help and even that felt like a bother to her.. heard better reviews at hotel bo will be going there next Have a nicer and friendlier staff, fix issues as soon as their brought to staff attention

I made a mistake thinking that I booked for 2 nights when in reality I only booked 1 night, so I told the lady at the reception that I needed 2 nights and supposedly she fixed it. Well, she didn't because the next day I couldn't get into the garage and went back to the reception and the person told me that I was only booked for one night.

We arrived back late from a game that we drove across the country for. We needed to take showers. Our room only had 2 towels, so I called the front desk to request more. I was told that there was no one to bring them up so that I’d have to go down to get them. When I went down, I noticed 5 people who were working. For $400, I’d expect to not have to run down to get towels. While down there, my husband informed me that the pull out sofa had no sheets or pillow so I asked them for that. The woman was clearly annoyed and brought back just sheets and a blanket. At that point, I just accepted whatever and went upstairs. Got in the shower, washed my hair only to realize that their conditioner bottle was empty. As someone with thick, curly hair, this was an utter disappointment. I absolutely hate complaining but again, for the price we paid, I believe we should’ve been able to shower and go to sleep comfortably. We definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
