The Hotel Chalet at The Choo Choo

This was even better in person. What a lovely location. We will be staying here if we ever visit Chattanooga again!

We had a great time! The rooms were clean. The grounds were nice. We would definitely stay here again!

No ice machine, no laundry facilities available, no microwave (we knew that), and dogs barking (we never really said anything). There has to be better places to stay than here. We would not stay here again.

Location was great with walkable areas. The rail cars were unique. The staff was awesome. No breakfast on site.

I was in town for a wedding and needed some clothing shipped ahead to the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, coordinating the deliveries with me so that the packages were already in my room upon arrival! Unfortunately, the postal carrier marked a few items as "delivered" when they actually hadn't arrived yet. The hotel staff completely set my mind at ease, assuring me they would track them down and ensure I received them, even if it happened after my departure. Sure enough, the remaining packages arrived after I checked out. True to their word, the staff kept in constant communication and successfully forwarded the late items back to my residence. Exceptional service!

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint was a barking dog in the room adjacent to ours and the TV quit working on the second evening.

Fun to stay in a train. Great room in the train. Main station which is next door is empty and has homeless people in it. Needs to have security.

The front desk staff were super friendly and informative. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We also enjoyed a meal at the restaurant on site, which was a fun atmosphere and great food. That we had to pay to park since it was the hotel's lot. It also seemed that others were using the lot on the night of a concert, which made us park pretty far away when we were already paying to park there.

The hotel is in the walking distance from variety of restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Hotel Chalet was the perfect spot for us. Our room was clean, the staff was great, and the location was centralized to everything we wanted to do.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The location has a very nice character. I know there is a free shuttle every 10-15 minutes connecting the hotel and other popular locations in town as well, but didn't utilize it since I have a car.

We loved it here and can't wait to come again. We've stayed in a traditional room as well as the train cars, and it was wonderful both times. The courtyard is beautiful, and the hotel is so close to everything. We walked to breakfast and took the free trolley through town. Be prepared for the showers. The water is hot, and the pressure will knock you backward. It was great! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Something to be aware of is hidden fees. 20$ per night parking fee. No complimentary breakfast. Only a paid breakfast bar with a few pastries and coffee. Great hotel just heads up on the additional charges. Staff is awesome and very accommodating.

The staff were excellent! The room and the common areas were clean and you could tell they paid attention to the details. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I can make is that I wish the elevator was larger to allow easier access for the luggage cart. A lot of twisting and pulling was required to fit the cart in with little room for one person to fit in.

Staff were extremely helpful. Loved the pool and lawn area. Overall great place to stay. No complaints
