Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chattanooga-Lookout Mountain

Nothing Room was dirty, pull out couch didnt have any sheets for us to put on. The mattress was stained with brown and black stains on the bottom. There was one worker doing everything. We couldn't find him when we were checking out.

Location , clearness, and the size of rooms are big. I liked that I could walk to places, shops etc. Staff need to smile when welcoming people . I don’t hear any one telling me “welcome “

Great location. Large rooms. Helpful, caring staff. Clean room. Breakfast choices were decent. Refrigerator didn't work in the room. Paint peeling in places inside the room. Room needed updating and maintenance. Exercise room equipment is of poor quality. Facilty is old and in need of maintenance and upgrades. We were given a first floor room. It was across from the pool and facing the parking lot. Clearly an undesirable location. The hotel was not full. A staff member told me they typically give this room to 3rd party booking services like Booking.com.

The proerty is just a little tired-looking. I did feel safe here though, and it was convenient to my business for this trip. The staff is super nice and helpful, so this is not a disaster. I have been in better properties in the Country Inn and Suites brand, so I was a little disappointed. However, this was a last minute scheduled trip on a budget, so it sufficed.

The room was great! Beds were comfortable but the sofa bed was not - but hey, it's a sofa bed - most of them are uncomfortable anyway! Great location

The room was very spacious which was really nice! Location was good too. The price was wonderful considering our big room! We had two queen beds AND a pull out couch so each of us adults had our own bed! Again I can't get over how nice and SPACIOUS the room size was! The overall indoor decor and upkeep of the facility really REALLY could use some attention. It's just very outdated, the size of the room is fantastic, but it really needs an upgrade, a facelift. Bathrooms had no towel racks and again just outdated. Give it some much needed TLC and this hotel could be an even better place to stay for value!!

Breakfast was good, hotel needs to be updated. Fell walking into the pool, stairs were supper slick.

We love staying here. The breakfast is amazing. Will be back soon Well this time we stayed in room 222. They were no phone in the room, glass tray in microwave was missing and the stopper for the bathtub was missing. Mold on ceiling needed painting.

Location. Looked nice. Should be shut down. Mold on bedroom ceiling from leaks. Mold all over bathroom. Wall with air conditioner is rotted away from water damage its bad. No remotes for tvs. Pool was so nasty. Kids are writing names and pictures in the brown scum build up on sides of pool.

Convenient to the hwy Staff wasn’t around at first onchexk in and nowhere to be found at check out

Nothing! It was awful!!! Dirty and stunk! Mold!!! No TV and they refused to change rooms Mold everywhere Whole place is damp Dirty floors

Bedroom suite. Needed blanket. TV good. Quiet. Coffee good. Elevator stinks, needs new flooring. Bathroom ceiling water stained with mold sprinkles. Remote without back, scotch taped batteries. Breakfast bar minimal.

The room was nice and big. Water pressure was a bit on the low side. Breakfast was good. They done ther best to keep the place clean and looking good. Kelly one of the fronk desk clarks was very helpful and sweet.

Cleanliness and comfort were top notch. Great location for all Chattanooga sites. The smell in the elevator. Could use air refresh.

The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. The gentleman cooking was amazing and took care of everyone. The front desk staff were great. Indoor pool.
