Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chattanooga-Lookout Mountain

Staff was great. The rooms were very spacious. The only complaints would be mold around the shower bars, airflow fan between bedroom and sitting areas was excessively loud so we did not use it, and the elevator seemed to be in need of some maintenance. It was quiet. Breakfast was pretty good with various choices available each day and the pool was clean and available to use from 6:00 am til 12:00 am. Definitely would stay there again.

Todo estuvo fatal , desde que entras en olor a alfombra sucias es evidente . Las habitaciones tiene hongo y las sábanas se ven desgastadas y manchadas.Los muebles del lobby se veían de la misma manera . Fuimos en un viaje familiar con niños y personas asmáticas. Nos tuvimo que ir al otro día de nuestra reserva por que habíamos llegado muy tarde para irnos el mismo día. En la página decía que tenia cuna para bebés, si embargo llegamos y no había nada y preguntamos y nos indicaron que no tenían. Intentamos hacer check out y no lo permitieron porque la persona que trabaja esos casos no lo trabajaba hasta las 3 am . Evidentemente no podíamos esperar a esa hora así que tuvimos que incurrir en gastos de otro hotel . Hasta el momento no nos han respondido ni a nosotros ni a ustedes como expidia ya que abrimos una reclamación

Our reservation was for three nights, but we had to check out after the very first night. To begin with, they list baby cribs among their amenities, yet when I went to the front desk to request one, I was told they didn't have any; consequently, we couldn't sleep that night because we had to keep watch over our one-year-old to ensure he didn't fall out of the bed. Customer service was abysmal, and the condition of the room was even worse—there was mold on the ceiling and in the bathtub, and a bad odor in the surrounding area. We were forced to incur unexpected expenses and move to a different hotel for the remaining two nights.

It was a nice place for quick overnight stay. The rooms were huge and we had a door separating the bedroom. The bed was not comfortable.

Location Light switch was off an outlet. Needs remodeling.

Nothing. Bathroom tub had mold around it. Pull out sofa bed smelled like urine. There was black mold on the ceiling. Employees were smoking at the front door. You could smell smoke through the a/c vents from outside. The breakfast tasted like microwaved food. It was overall disgusting. Will never stay there again.

The staff that greeted us at check in was very nice. Location was convenient for a quick stop on a long journey. Cleanliness. Bathroom mold, a lot of dirt in corners and on the floor. Stains on furniture. Main areas have not been cleaned. Room smelled musty and like a wet rag. Parts of hotel smelled like marijuana.

Fine place to stay, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Always great staying there..

Mattress had so many stains on pull up couch which shows unsanitary for your hotel. Many things need replacements. Overall we rate the room 2 stars, just barely met the bare minimum

Area was good. Some staff was great. Miss Kelly and the young man training her was great!! Some staff like the afternoon older lady was not nice. Several times she was hateful. The rooms were not cleaned by housekeeping. We had to ask for towels etc ourselves. The first room we were in had never been cleaned good from the previous guests and hair was in the beds,

The hotel was easy to get to. The rooms were very clean. The area had restaurants closed by.

Staff was really nice, however the room was moldy and smelled really musty. It is very apparent the place needs to be stripped and redone and it could be really great. Pictures were deceiving. We stayed exactly 7 hours and left immediately in the morning cause it just felt icky if that makes sense.

The location is nice with a view of the mountains It's pretty outdated and seems to be falling apart, peeling paint and water damage, water leaks into the room where the AC is in the wall. Maybe some mold growing in the caulk in the tub.

Nothing My room smelled like dog piss and cigarettes. And the beds looked like someone already slept in them. I didn’t even stay I check out immediately.
