Super 8 by Wyndham Chattanooga Lookout Mountain TN

Clean room, staff helpful and friendly. AC worked great, breakfast was as expected. You get what you pay for and we enjoyed our stay there

Great location very easily accessible easy check-in, rooms were nice comfortable. Also has a pool and a small continental breakfast which made it perfect

Everything perfectly for this hotel!

Room wasnt bad, there was lots of drug activity out side all night. People walking in and out of the wooded area out back. Male fighting with female in parking lot, female driving off with male hanging onto the door at high speeds. Love the area but will not return to this hotel.

This was a quick overnight stay for a family of 3 while traveling home. Good location, right off of the interstate. Easy to find. Lobby could use some character. Right off the bat, you are welcomed by a dirty rug right inside the door. Small amount of variety for breakfast. We went to the Waffle House next door. Room was small. One bed is very close to the window. Rooms are painted a dark color. This placed lacked a consistent “fresh” smell throughout. Bathroom looked like it had suffered some dampness (peeling paint, evidence of past mold problems). Not wonderful but it worked for a quick overnight.

The service and room was good.

There was dirty men’s underwear hanging from the window curtains. The breakfast area floor was sticky. The entire building has a weird smell and the room felt damp/musty. The bathroom towels were old/stained and brown - no longer white or clean looking.

Typical super 8, so expectation were not high. Just wanted a clean room with decent service. Arrived needing to use the bathroom to find the lobby bathroom marked out of order but once pressed for one to use they allowed me use of it, so it was not out of order. The room was adequate but no clean towels daily or beds made. Breakfast area was filthy, the mess was caused by guest but staff didn’t maintain cleanliness. Like I said typical super 8, poor condition property but adequate room.

It had a musty smell in the hallways and in the stairways.

Desk staff very helpful and polite ....good people ....room service did amazing cleaning! Garbage all around dumpster and the breakfast sucked!

Good location The entire floor smelled like weed and we weren’t even offered a new room on a different floor and I had 3 young girls.

The tv service went out no one at the desk to help. Pool was closed.

Close to interstate with easy access. Close to restaurants and gas station. Near Lookout Mountain. Easy free parking. Good beds.

Next morning woke up to a family issue and had to leave. We head to the front desk were we find no one is at standing there for 20 mins talking to another customer and he said he been waiting longer

Location and price From the time we walked in room. It smelled of mildew and mold. The floors dirty, the sheets and blankets had stains and blood spots. We literally had to clean the whole room and bathroom. Tub and sink filthy and the walls in room had what look like hark spit going down the walls. Carpet badly stain of food and juice. And after all that cleaning, my daughter woke up with bidy full of insect bites. This was the worst experience we've ever had a t a hotel. When you ask for new linens they act like they have a shortage and they dont have disinfectant spray that you can use.
