Fairfield Inn & Suites Chattanooga I-24/Lookout Mountain

Room was small. With king bed, It felt like a tiny box.

We have stayed at this property a few times. I like the location up on the hill. Room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. Check in was fast.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The beds slept wonderfully for our mid trip stopover/rest.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a room that faced Lookout Mountain. They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. That being said, due to the location, the parking lot has a great view of lookout mountain. It was funny how everyone just arrived and would stand out in the parking lot to enjoy the view. The hotel was quiet and clean and due to the location, it seemed very secluded from the fairly busy area below. The location was very convenient to Interstate 24 however we never heard any noise from the interestate during the night. The beds were okay but not great. They were a little soft and you could feel the springs in the bed when you laid on it but they didn't stick you or anything... just a little too soft for my liking. The room felt very small but livable for a night. We didn't stay for breakfast so I can't reall comment on that. I ended up giving the hotel 4 stars due to the price and size of the room and the bed comfort. Unfortunately, out of three nights on the road, this was the least comfortable bed.

The breakfast was probably the best we have ever had. Many selections and a very friendly lady running the whole show. 10.

Room needs renovated. Musty odor. Was small. Barely could get the luggage car through the room. Overpriced for what was offered.

Everything was great. Will stay again.

Parking is free. Staff who check us in is great!

Nice room. Was concerned about proximity to highway, but not a problem at all. Amenities were as expected, except there was no internet connection. Staff said they had recently switched to a new provider....not a good start to their 'new service'....would've given higher rating but for this issue.
