Clarion Inn near Lookout Mountain

The room was outdated and dirty. The sheets were yellow, the tub was dirty and the vest looked they have never been dusted. There was also a musty smell. I would have left if I could.

Room had a very musty smell. AC unit sounded like it was on the fritz. Hole in the ceiling was partially repaired. Husband stated we will never stay there again. Staff were very nice.

The room smelled like mildew when we entered it and did all night. Mold was on the bathroom walls. Was told it wasn't mold without anyone checking it. The cable TV didn't work in my room either. Would not recommend

A bit outdated. Bed was comfortable. Carpets needed cleaning in the halls. Breakfast was nice. It was quiet.

The selections for the free breakfast were slightly lacking.

My room had a window. But not a view. The window faces the entrance facade and was just a plastered wall. Little to no light. Was hoping for a view of the area hills (mountains) but no. Room also smelled horrible. The front desk had free samples of dove deodorant. I used it to make my room bearable.

I would remove this property from your lot list due to the fact that it is bug infested. The pool wasn’t usable. It was 98° in Chattanooga. The staff was not present. It was just not a clean place at all. The bathrooms were dirty. Paint was falling off the wall walls.

Room was musty smelling and humid. Air conditioner needs looked at and the front door is very hard to open and drags on the floor. Got breakfast was nice but they need brighter lights in the dining area

The staff was friendly The room was very nasty. The walls were dirty, it had a weird smell, the shower had rust spots on the walls and faucets, we didn’t even shower there. It was definitely not as advertised as far as the condition of the rooms. I moved a chair and there was trash all under it, some sticky notes that said some pretty insane weird stuff on them.

Loved it only thing pool was closed and it’s say it was open online

The room was very strong with air fresheners and musty humid and moist it was a horrible feeling in the room couldn’t enjoy the stay the bed was very old the bathroom very gross I’m very picky for where I take my shoes off and let’s just say I wanted to sleep in my shoes. No offense to any of the very friendly staff but I would never stay here ever again. My husband and daughter enjoyed the free breakfast though

Would give - stars if possible. Molding shower ceiling, wall and baseboards, missing wall hanging in room , only 1 working ice machine in the building and the second had a filthy exterior leading one to wonder what its interior looked like.

The location was very clean both outside and within. The service staff was professional and welcoming, the room I had was very clean, the bathroom exceptionally so, which is very important to me. Check out was simple and the complimentary breakfast was spot on. I would high)y recommend this location for an overnight or extended stay.

1st night, was woken up 3 am by loud noises from the neighboring room, was going to mention it, but they left next morning.

Breakfast was decent. Room smelled of mildew but it was clean? Felt bad for the staff because the 2 nights/ 3 days we were there, the air conditioner was broken in the main open parts of the building. They had fans out to try to cool it down but it was barely doing anything for the heat. The rooms air conditioner worked. Right across from a Wal-Mart for any needs. Liked the location as it was close to Ruby Falls and Rock City and other attractions.
