Liked everything about this property , beds were very comfortable, big breakfast was very good . I give this place a high rating and would stay there again when traveling through this area . Conveniently located close to serval things to do .

Room smelled bad. The refrigerator had not been defrosted in years, had a broken leg, and leaned. The shower was dirty, with a broken handle and rusty metal supports that stained the tub.

The location was okay. The pics online were not like what we got. I actually cancelled original reservation at another hotel after noticing the price dropped on this one and the reviews were higher. Felt carfished and very misled. Staff were cordial but a bit standoffish. Our room was very small and the mattresses I would grade a D at best. There was molded macaroni and cheese under the bed on the frame of the bed, the TV was hanging sideways on the wall and the elevator stopped working less than 24 hours of checking in. Hotel was rated a 4.3 online and was barely a 2 My daughters felt uncomfortable and couldn't believe this is what we had booked. They demanded I leave a review as I am a property manager in the hospitality industry and have knowledge of the standards and expectations for most lodging places. Didn't expect such a low budget hotel because of how it was advertised and photos that were available. It was our first time traveling to Lookout Mountain for a weekend trip of family friendly activities and were disappointed to say the least. Other Clarion hotels I've visited were a lot nicer and within the price range advertised.

Older hotel that needs maintaining but was good for the price. Keycards didn’t work at first but were quickly replaced. Pool was amazing! Breakfast was good.

Very very dated. Use of deodorizer was ridiculously strong. Room had hair in the bathroom. Elevator was out of service. Breakfast was poor.

The bed was very uncomfortable, tye refrigerator was to cold and turned everything to ice,pillows were very flat and breakfast was cold.

It's was very nice but the parking lot has a very steep entrance.

Clean room and good breakfast

Bed was pretty lumpy. Very damp feeling in the room. Could benefit by using dehumidifier in the room … hotel we stayed in the night before in Bonita Springs, Fl used them and it was quite nice. Staff was friendly. After staying realized this is an older hotel with very cheaply done updates/repairs. Pool was ok. Super thin pool towels.

Dirty also blood stains in bath sheets
