Tub had caulking coming loose, toilet ran all night, some black mold, sheet rock tape was coming off. Just not a good experience. We will avoid Clarion from now on.
-
It was nice, but could really use some modern updates to the doors and bathrooms. Our sink faucet sprayed everywhere when using it and the shower had a huge shower head but not water pressure. The side entrance door said it was locked and to use your key, but was just unlocked

The room had a strong musty smell (as if there was a water leak), and the air conditioner rattled. It was clear there was an attempt to remodel the room, but the walls were smudged and dinged. There was also a strange smell in the stairwell. Finally, the towels, while looking washed, were stained. Would not stay here again.
-
The parking lot is strangly at an incline and an angle, narrow, and hard to pull in and back out. Other than that, the beds were ok and it was pretty quiet.

Breakfast was minimal.

Room was busted up. Pictures missing from walls. Holes in drywall all over. Rust in shower area. Bathroom door wouldn't latch. Thick dust on lights and one didn't even have a bulb in it, just an empty light socket.
-
The room was in terrible condition. The door would barely open and there were holes in the walls and cords everywhere. There was no fan in the bathroom and water damage from the shower above. The beds were very springy but comfortable enough. The staff was friendly though barely present.

Horrible experience . My husband got locked in the bathroom for a hour . The lock in the bathroom locked on it’s on. Had to call 911 to get him out . The lady at front desk said someone else got locked in the bathroom 3 days ago and they still rented the room.

Staff was great and friendly and that was the best part.
-
We have stayed twice now and never had any problems.
-
The lady on duty when we checked in was above and beyond friendly! And she was still friendly on her next shift the following morning! The air conditioner didn't cool the room as well as we would have liked.

The property, lobby, fitness center, pool, and room were all horrible. This is a very run down little motel. It is def not worth the $169/night that I paid to stay for four nights. There were multiple unhoused people roaming the property and at the pool, coming into the lobby and that made it feel even more unsafe. The room was run down and damp. Even with the a/c running constantly for the four nights/five days all of our clothes and the bedding was damp the entire stay. The tiny hair dryer started burning my hand after being on for a few minutes and then started smoking so I turned it off and unplugged it as to not start a fire. The towels and sheets were stained. Overall and absolutely horrible experience.

The location and price drew us in. The staff was amazing, breakfast excellent.

The staff was fast and friendly. The beds were crazy comfortable and best pillows ever. Very clean. Ice cold air and room darkened nicely. Our room smelled terribly musty/moldy. We were so tired from traveling though we didn’t say anything and just went to bed.

I can't say much about the other rooms, but #228 had what I hope were water stains on the ceiling. The room smelled of wet dog—like an actual dog—because I assume previous tenants had a dog in the room. The AC unit made a loud ticking sound, making it hard to sleep after driving for hours. And breakfast seemed to be first come, first served.

Stopped for one night. Pictures on website definitely make it look better then it is. Check in was easy and friendly. Decor is worn & could use some refreshing. Breakfast was pretty basic. Worst thing was hearing every bit of noise in the hall. Other than that, the room was clean, bed was comfortable with fresh crisp sheets. Area is safe & taken care of. We did not use the pool, but it looked well maintained All in all Not bad for a budget stay

After checking in we opened our doors and was coughing from a strong chemical smell that was masking a strong musty odor. The linens on the beds had blood and urine stains and 2 of the rooms had bugs. The front desk moved us to different rooms but unfortunately the same issues were in the other rooms so we were stuck at 1am after traveling all day calling around trying to find another clean hotel to check int with no help from Expedia of relocating us. Not what I’d expect from a choice hotel chain. I will be reaching out to their county health inspector and disputing this charge with my credit since we did not received the services we paid for. Luckily the Hampton in had 3 available rooms left to accommodate our party of 12. All 12 of us will be leaving accurate reviews on the clarion hotel website with photos.
