The breakfast was absolutely delicious and my daughter loved the pool. The staff working the welcome desk was amazing and so welcoming! Nothing to not like except our stay couldn't be longer!
-
Nice room. Plenty of outlets for electronics. That is rare at a hotel.
-
Great location near downtown hiking and ruby falls. They used non paraben, non synthetic shampoo and productswhich is so much healthier and better for environment. You could see mountains. Good breakfast that varied daily. Gym was nice.

Scrambled eggs, fruit, beverages were fantastic. Gravy for bisquits very tasy. Almost everything was excellent. Hotel stated breakfast would start at 6:00 a.m., but wasn't open at 6:00 a.m. We needed to eat at 6:00 for very long car trip ahead of us. Bisquits were hard/dry beyond normal.

Cleanliness Indoor pool was open, but extremely cloudy. Trash was scattered around the pool. No air circulating. Outdoor pool had ants on furniture. Staff was not welcoming or helpful.

The hotel itself was very clean and we actually slept. The rooms got nice and dark, which was a bonus for us. As far as the highlight of our stay was the person working the front desk when we checked in. I wish I remembered her name, but she was extremely pleasant and made our night infinitely better just by her presence. My teenager had her usual RBF engaged and she was able to get my teenager to smile. That is a complete win in my book! She made our short encounter very blessed and we hope she continues to bring that spirit and energy into every encounter she has. Thank you!

Very welcoming !

The staff who kept the breakfast bar were very nice; however, the breakfast could have been better. Breakfast ends at 10; we were down by 9, and practically everything was gone. So I didn't eat anything before our long drive out.

The hotel was clean and nestled in the mountains. I loved that it wasn't too far from Ruby Falls, and there were several nearby restaurants, as well as a Walmart if you needed to pick up anything. The price was affordable through Booking.com The staff who kept the breakfast bar were very nice; however, the breakfast could have been better. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The rooms were extremely clean. Beautiful view of mountains from the pool. On the second night the guest above my room 306 keep me awake from 5am until after 9 am stomping and slamming the door so hard my bed would shake. This is no fault of hotel. It would be a great addition if there were quiet hours in hotels. I was exhausted and had to drive home that morning.
