The lady at the front desk was so nice The hotel is a little dated but very comfortable

It was a great option for the weekend as we were attending a wedding in Lookout Mountain. Room was spacious, clean, and shower had great pressure. Hubby enjoyed the breakfast and I enjoyed the rate!

The staff help to change the room. I was given a very stuffy room which I guess was a smokers room. I had to complain twice for the room to be changed. I was ready to leave to another hotel when they agreed to change me to a fresher room.

Staff pleasant good communication skills large room looked to have been renovated hotel workers are courteous also if you are in the room to pickup trash and replace used towels soap ect be out quickly little traffic noise sound deadening good in my opinion .
