I should’ve read reviews before I booked my stay. It’s an older property. There’s no elevator to get to the upstairs rooms. Two queen beds were not an option. Something in the room triggered my allergies every night. I’m guessing it was the air conditioner. My mattress was very uncomfortable. It felt like it was worn out and needs replacement. Occasionally, there were some sketch, meth-head looking subjects who lingered outside of the office begging for money.

I had a great stay at Best Western Royal Inn. Check-in was quick and easy, The location was convenient, making it easy to get to nearby restaurants and attractions. We’ve been staying at Best Western Royal Inn for many years, dating back to the early 2000s, and it has always been a great place to stay.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean. The pool was really nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Nighttime clerk wasn't very friendly. Didn't even respond to me when I came in and said hello. Wasn't helpful on where to park. Room was nice and clean

Beds were absolutely terrible. If you closed the bathroom room door you couldn’t get out unless someone on the outside hit the top of the door. Door frame was completely jacked and would close but jammed shut

This place was great. Quiet, Clean and the property was very well maintained. The staff were very pleasant. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Chattanooga.
